I walked into the Burnsville store near Total Wine and Target. The young lady helped me right away. All she really did was plug it into a charger. BUT….she took no credit until I forced her too. (Unfortunately I didn’t get her name
She had dark hair and a Spanish accent) From the moment I walked in…the place screamed customer service. What that tells me is GREAT mgt. They hire the right people. Train them and create a phenomenal culture. In these few mins my mood went from garbage to joy! 😊”
