“Normally I dread going to phone/internet stores. It’s always time consuming and frustrating.
NOT THIS TIME! Elliahna and DJ were great!
I ended up spending a couple hours there (so still time consuming) updating my phone and getting new ones, and saving money one my plan.
She was super friendly and fun, which made the time seem to go by quickly.”
“I had a wonderful experience at the store with Issaih. he was incredibly helpful in helping us figure out our billing details and getting the credits on our mobile plan.”
“My daughter and I walked in at about 10 mins to 8pm wich they closed in 10 min. The young man that helped us seemed a little irritated, I understood it was the end of his shift and I’m sure he’d had his share with customers for the day so I just kept a smile. I wanted my screen protector replaced and he did that and then I wanted to port my daughters phone over and from the past I know that’s a very long process so I told him it was up to him I know they are closing and he said he would stay and help us. He ended up staying 45 mins past his off time to help us and with a smile at that. He definitely had good customer service and I would definitely go back.”
“Mike was a huge help!!! Best and most helpful assistant manager I’ve worked with! Made the whole process easy and even recommended me products to get for home internet! 10/10”

“My guy Kordell fixed up my iPad. Service was great and it’s still running well. Staff was very friendly, will definitely be returning if I end up with an issue with my devices again. Great service!”
