Delivery went off without a hitch! I’ve been nothing but happy with the service from PODS Moving & Storage. I scheduled and rescheduled a few times due to construction delays, and each time the process was easy and everyone I dealt with was cooperative and understanding.
The POD was dropped off and placed exactly where I needed it. My driver, Becca, was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable — she even explained a few options if I decided not to keep the container on the street.
I’d highly recommend PODS to anyone needing flexible storage — whether it’s a container at home or stored at one of their facilities (something I didn’t even realize they offered until Becca mentioned it).
Right now, my basement is being packed into the POD while renovations take place, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth it’s been so far.”

My mom apparently is a borderline hoarder, and they took great care and patience with all of her stuff. They were amazing when it came to packing, unpacking and arranging her new apartment. Everything that was important to her and needed to have its own special place was put there. I was truly concerned of how upset my mom was going to be moving, but it went very smoothly. “We had a great experience with upack. Their quote was significantly cheaper than similar options like pods. Trailer was delivered when they said it would be and it was nice to have 3 days to load it. Our bill came in cheaper than quoted since we didn’t use all of the space. Everyone in dispatch was friendly and helpful and they were able to get it picked up right when we needed it to be. We had to use storage - they comped the first month and we were a few days over that when we closed on our new house and they didn’t charge us for the extra time. Our belongings were exactly as we left them when they dropped the trailer off despite rainy/stormy weather during the time it was in storage. Very good experience, definitely recommend!”

“I don't ship freight, never have, and decided to start a new business adventure importing some heavy equipment. From the time the package was handed off to ABF to deliver every person, Breanna was the most frequent!, was kind and understanding of all my novice questions. I appreciate their willingness to provide good customer service for people who clear don't know the ropes.
I jacked up shipping request, my fault, with the mfg company and Breanna helped me get that changed and switched from a lift gate service to a flat bed. I was quoted a price by the mfg and Brianna was willing to confirm that the price I was quoted(again as a novice) is the cost of the service confirming I wasn't getting one pulled over on me.
Breanna gave me no reason to look elsewhere for contracting additional deliverys of freight with this equipment. The delivery driver put the boxes right where they needed to go and it went very smooth.”
