“We just ate here Sunday, November 5th, 2023. We stopped in on our way back from Split Rock to the Twin Cities. Every year we have a dilemma of where to eat and just happened to take the Willow River exit. We found this little gem of a restaurant in the back of the gas station out front. We had the patty melt with coffee. Our waitress was attentive and kind. The price was incredible! It was under $14 for 2 patty melts and 2 coffees. We will definitely stop here next year!”
“Gorgeous walking trails along the river to see cliffs (diving!), monuments, waterfalls, wildlife, picnic areas, camping, etc. An oasis of peaceful nature for the stressed out, or adventurous hiking for the active. A great family place!”

“This place was great to get in and out when you are towing a camper! We purposely went to this gas station as we've been here in the past for the ease of getting in and out.I went in the shop to use the restrooms and grab a snack and restrooms were clean. Snacks easy to find and reasonable in price. Staff was very friendly.”
“Car needed to get in asap for break system issues. Got an appointment within days. They were able to diagnose and repair the issues within hours. Needed a caliper, rotors and pads. So thankful to get my vehicle in and taken care of so quickly. Other places were 6 weeks out. I only have the one vehicle so it's important to get repairs done sooner. Thanks. While waiting, I could hear other customers discussing problems with the staff and they too were figured out quickly.”
“Quality home cooking. Atmosphere is old school American. Country dining for those of us "Red, White, and Blue Neck" Americans still alive and kicking. Polite service like you would get from family, conversation that was down to earth from a staff that keeps it real. We will be returning whenever we commute by this location. We live 2 hours away. The price was more than reasonable. 3 of us ordered the following: #5: 2 eggs, Hash browns, 4 sausage links, 2 whole slices of toast, 3 slices of French toast and a coffee #4: 1 egg, Hash browns, 4 bacon slices , 2 whole slices of toast. 3 slices of French toast with a side of hash browns, large OJ. All of this for $23.87!!!!! I wish there was a place like this close to home.”

“This review is based on their chicken wings, and pizza.Their "bone in chicken" with ranch dip is super! Very good quality chicken, with a crisp coating.The hamburger pizza with onion on a thin crust is very well made in my opinion. Excellent!”

“This place has just been newly renovated to be a convenience store. They still have all your fuel needs for your vehicles and home. Now they have all your fuel needs for your tummy. Coffee and snacks for the morning commute and a full grocery section and probably priced for that dinner on your way home.With a friendly and knowledgeable staff they are there for you if you camping near by or just getting stuff for your home.”
