“Anybody that lives in or around Avon will agree with this; up until a recent change in management and many, many people let go, the customer service was LITERALLY the worst I can think of. In my life. I've worked for 20 years in customer service. Painfully bad, to the point where customers were often visibly perturbed while the staff seemed largely apathetic.The worst ever.HOWEVER,They have new management, basically a new staff, and as a result now I *look forward* to going there.If in the past you were completely flabbergasted by how ridiculously bad this store was, then you should know that it's actually a good place to go now.”
“Today, 10:15 Saturday Morgen was so happy and I was greeted by another employee with upbeat smiles and zesty attitudes!!! What a joy this place is on a sunny fall day. (Gas .10 cheaper than Alex.) Score!!!? always clean bathrooms and neat coffee counters!!!”

“This is my go-to kwik trip, and gas station in general, as I live near Avon (if I'm feeling lazy and just need gas I will occasionally go to Casey's). As with every kwik trip I've ever been to, the staff here is friendly and helpful. There is an older lady there who is just a joy to be around, I forget her name but she makes me smile everytime. That's one of the reasons I love kwikn trip, their customer service is always second to none”

“It’s a nice small store perfect for the small town. Everything was pricey but that’s usually how a convenience store works. All of the employees seemed nice and willing to help with whatever was needed. Seemed clean. The purpose of me coming here was for me to get my fishing license.”
