“I was traveling through the area attending my daughter's soccer tournament earlier this month. I came to this Kwik Trip to stock up. I took my Yeti cup (that I've had for years and is special to me) inside to rise out. I set it down to pay for my items and accidentally forgot it. About 30 minutes later, I realized what I had done. I drove back to the store with little hope. I went back to the register and a nice young man assisted me. He told me he noticed it and placed it behind the counter, hoping the owner would return looking for it. I was so impressed with his courtesy and manners and extremely thankful for his consideration. Top notch customer service! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name. Regardless, I want the store to know about my wonderful experience. Thank you!”

“This is my go-to kwik trip, and gas station in general, as I live near Avon (if I'm feeling lazy and just need gas I will occasionally go to Casey's). As with every kwik trip I've ever been to, the staff here is friendly and helpful. There is an older lady there who is just a joy to be around, I forget her name but she makes me smile everytime. That's one of the reasons I love kwikn trip, their customer service is always second to none”
