“I had issues with my IMessage. I couldn’t send messages at all. I thought it was a SIM issue bc my acct switched to a ESIM. I did a settings reset and even a total reset. Kept saying activation failed. I spent hours there and they tried everything including switching out sims, deregistering my iMessage and everything. Nothing fixed it but they tried their best and it was much appreciated. I did find out the next day it was an Apple issue and I had to speak to a supervisor to get it fixed bc the regular tech couldn’t help me. .”

“When this store opened many years ago, it was a welcome addition to the shopping scene in north central Minnesota. The store is still very handy to have, and is conveniently located. The employees here have always been helpful to my family. Also, being able to directly examine the merchandise certainly beats ordering via Amazon.”
