“Always understaffed but I'm not grumpy about it, I know to ask an employee for help and they are usually on it. I love seeing Amanda when I check out, she is such a positive person!. My advice to anyone stopping in to shop, expect checkout to take a minute, but don't be mean about it. The employees that are there have no control on how many people are working on any given day, shortages on staff is not their fault so have some patience and maybe tell the employees that are are helping you that you appreciate them. It's a corporate business, much different than a hometown small business that gives you that one on one help, so just be patient, be kind.”

“I like JCPenney overall, however the beauty section needs more tissues/spray for the makeup testers. I thought they didn’t have any, but there’s one cup in the middle of the store. Just a concern for sanitation wise. As makeup testers have a lot of bacteria, if wiped on face/lips even accidentally it could cause rash or other infections.”

“Purchased a high wheeled trimmer. Wasn't expecting anything more than to be handed a box to take home but to my surprise they assembled it, put fresh oil and gas in it, started it up and walked me through how to operate it.
Hard to find great service like that these days and it is greatly appreciated.”
