    “Always understaffed but I'm not grumpy about it, I know to ask an employee for help and they are usually on it. I love seeing Amanda when I check out, she is such a positive person!. My advice to anyone stopping in to shop, expect checkout to take a minute, but don't be mean about it. The employees that are there have no control on how many people are working on any given day, shortages on staff is not their fault so have some patience and maybe tell the employees that are are helping you that you appreciate them. It's a corporate business, much different than a hometown small business that gives you that one on one help, so just be patient, be kind.”

    “I like JCPenney overall, however the beauty section needs more tissues/spray for the makeup testers. I thought they didn’t have any, but there’s one cup in the middle of the store. Just a concern for sanitation wise. As makeup testers have a lot of bacteria, if wiped on face/lips even accidentally it could cause rash or other infections.”

    “I went to the dollar tree on 9/2 around late afternoon! I don't know her name but she had long dark hair and was Amazing and Helpful with my son who gets little wild in stores. She was patient with him and just trying to distract him so he doesn't climb everywhere while I checked out. So thank you to whoever you are! Thanks for not judging me or giving a stink eye.     “When this store opened many years ago, it was a welcome addition to the shopping scene in north central Minnesota. The store is still very handy to have, and is conveniently located. The employees here have always been helpful to my family. Also, being able to directly examine the merchandise certainly beats ordering via Amazon.”

    “This store is busy busy busy but the team really seems to do what they can do keep the place stocked and clean. Not had a bad experience here and hopefully will not see one. Pricing is good, typical Walmart cost wise and a good hunk of the items are from out of the country. I avoid food from China which is in abundance here, hopefully we will see more locally sourced sustainable food options. In a way I feel bad for the team here, the store is subject to a ton of theft as evidenced by open packages you see left on the shelving in the aisles. :(”
