“Love this bank!! Immediately after a transaction occurred over the weekend I was notified of suspicious activity. They confirmed with me and blocked my account so no additional transactions could occur. I went it to get a new card and Jasmine helped me and as I was asking about a 2nd account for online only, Shelbie was able to decipher what I was meaning to say but didn't explain well enough in the initial question. Plus, I had been having issues with visibility on my phone and these 2 were able to fix it immediately. I just needed to do an app update!! “I did a currency exchange at a diff branch and dk what happened but took longer than anticipated to receive my money. A few days ago i went into the blaine branch to just see if there was any updates on it, and ( i think the girl helping me, her name is emily) someone give that girl a raise PLEASE rn rn rn, she put the work in to figure out where my money went. “Ive been with this bank for a month. I have another primary bank I use that I have developed a great relationship with over the years but most importantly I have great benefits from car loan rates for refinancing and I get my money a couple days before. I decided to open up a BMO checking and WOW! So far, the staff has been incredible! They were very friendly, greeted my little one, talked about credit card benefits (Always open for newer better cards) We just have checking for now and BMO will definitely be in my back pocket in the case we need to revisit CC perks and benefits! I always do reviews on cards every 12 months at least for new benefits and perks. Very pleased so far! Kudos to the amazing staff! Also...no fees for checking! So i can just leave money there until we need you guys! Super awesome!!!”
“So many haters on Big Banks and Wells Fargo... however I have never had bad service. Today I went in to deposit a couple checks written out to my deceased mother. Jamison was very courteous and polite, Samantha was exceptionally knowledgeable and also helped me with right paperwork as i came unprepared. I had my Grumpy shirt on today, expecting to be grumpy, but I have nothing to be grumpy about after visiting WF. Location, and those two especially, deserve 5+ star. Thank you!!”

“I have been banking at this location for years and have never had any issues with customer service here. However, I was quite impressed last week while cashing some government issued bonds, I had no idea how to go about it, but when I got to the teller, I was pleasantly greeted and helped with the cashing of bonds. The teller had never done it before either but was professional, well composed, and just plain super helpful.A big thanks to her (Alejandra Martinez) and US BankDo not lose her she is an asset to US Bank.”
