a bit cranky, impatient. We'll probably check out a different location. Lost our phone numbers in the process. Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”

Drew at the Blaine T-Mobile is absolutely amazing. He is hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful rep we’ve ever worked with. He gave us the whole rundown on our new watch, fixed a tricky issue with our account, and made sure we had everything we needed before we walked out the door. Best service we’ve ever had—if you go here, ask for Drew!”

“It was time to get a new phone a couple weeks ago. I was dreading it because it always takes me forever to figure everything out. But, boy did I get lucky. Jordyn helped me pick out a new phone and he made sure that all my information transferred over. He was SO patient, kind and knowledgeable, it made my purchase/experience so very pleasant.
When I went in a couple days later because my talk to text wasn't activated, I had Anne help me. Anne was very kind, polite and she made sure to get it working for me.
I have been a Cricket customer for a long time. My cell phone service has always been good, the price is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a new carrier or a new phone, I would HIGHLY recommend the Blaine location off of HWY 10.

“On 3/5 At Around 2:00PM I went to the Verizon in Blaine. Was greeted by a team member by the name of Sophia, she was very friendly and helpful. She helped me get a new phone and walked me through the process. She also helped me cancel some other phone lines I had on my plan as well. Very friendly environment and would definitely recommend coming here again in the future!”
