“I would highly recommend this place for so many reasons; the community, quality of living, and definitely the kindness that people here bring. Today I had to request some maintenance for a light going out and got an immediate response from Terrence, who helped me out super quickly and was the nicest guy ever! I give him and this place the highest praises!”
“My daughter and her roommates have just signed on for their third consecutive year at The Station, and as a parent I have been very pleased with their choice! The location cannot be beat, their apartment is in great condition, the amenities are good and management was quick to reply to me when I had a suggestion several months ago. This last round of re-signing went smoothly, with Maddi helping facilitate some updating of info - so pleasant and prompt to work with!”
“My experience in working with the staff at Marquee Apartments has been exceptional. The staff are continually welcoming and warm, and the Property Manager, Tom, has proven himself to be dedicated to his residents and providing a wonderful complex to live in.”
“I love living in this apartment building. It is so fun and inviting. Bailee in the front office is so welcoming and is the best ever. I highly recommend living here. So many cute dogs also(:!”
“I lived at the Murals for a year and a half; the team that works here is phenomenally on top of things. My favorite part is the HUGE windows, and having a unit that faces Garfield is quieter with less foot traffic in the hallways.”
“Moved in summer 2023. Overall, it's been a good experience with efficient response time from the management team about apartment maintenance. Location is unbeatable. As someone who doesn't own a car, staying at this apartment has enabled me to visit all the major hubs (Grand, Highland, North Loop, Nicollet, West 7th, Selby) with fewer than 2 train/bus transfers. My one gripe is the sanitary wipes in the gym. I used the fitness center at least 3x a week, and more than half the time, there would be no sanitary wipes to clean equipment after I was finished.”
“I lived with my partner for one year at 3020 On the Rail. I can't recommend them enough. The building is at a great location, the management is very kind and they respond very quickly to maintenance requests. Also, the apts. are in great conditions and they are very spacious.”
“We moved last month we are really like the pool & the exercise facilities and the underground parking. This clearly shows the characteristics of the property manager
Sh works very hard to make the finest & convince place to live”
“My experience as a resident at HQ has been awesome! The staff have has been wonderful! Keenan the community manager is very king and knowledgeable on the property, when i had a small
Plumbing issue he was quick with response and found a solution less then 24 hours, I'm so thankful for all his efforts! The leasing agent Valarie she did an awesome job touring my aunt a week ago, and showing her around the property. Iris and Fasia have been very helpful at the concierge desk in the evenings with helping me retrieve my packages, and keeping the building secure and safe! I love and enjoy being a resident here. The wine down Wednesday is such a perk along with the grab and go breakfast! The team work so hard to put this together in the morning. Big shoutout to Lisa for being so kind in the morning! HQ is a wonderful community to love at because the team make it worth wild!”
“? Management was great; maintenance was great!?♂️ Lots of shared amenities such as a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, party/event space, sauna and tanning room.? Above ground parking is free and not reserved and there is plenty of space so you can easily invite friends over and they should easily find a spot to park. Underground parking is available with monthly payment.? The building was built in the late 20th century; not new but you get a lot of square footage for what you pay for.?♂️This is a great option if you are looking for a place to live without a car. (Just be careful of the heavy traffic around 66th/York.) Being by the Southdale business area, there are lots of businesses nearby within walking distance ranging from economic options to luxury options (Galleria). Cub Foods is within a 10-minute walk and soon Kowalski's will open and be another 10-minute walk option. Also, Rosland Park is nearby and very nice!? There is a large transit center also 10 minutes away by walking which can take you both to downtown/Uptown, to the Mall of America and to the southern suburbs. Also, there is an express bus (578) that stops right in front of Edina Towers which will take you downtown in 20 minutes (skips traffic by using HOV lane) - (1 in the morning and 2 in afternoon).”
“Amy G, is amazing been living in a Sela building for 13yrs she's always willing to help her tenants. Whatever is need fix she's on it. It's such great place to live.”
“Missy is really an amazing property manager! She listens, she communicates well and does a great job making sure maintenance stays done around our building. I love it here just because I know I will never find another property manger like Missy :)”
“Maintenance staff always respond in a timely manner and complete repairs professionally. Great crew! Maintenance procedure on 12/13/24 was prompt and professional as usual. Thank you!

“My experience living at the Vicinity has been incredible! Management is so incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we moved in! I would recommend anyone looking to move into the Mill District to look no further than Vicinity!”
“This is a community not an apartment complex. Im so happy to call the Foundry my home. I love the staff. Molly, Cat and Will do a great job and keep and keep an open line of communication. The building is well built and maintained. The residents are so friendly! I love living at the Foundry.”
“I am so pleased with everything at the Edison. The management team is awesome. Very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help! I moved from a house after 30 years and this is the perfect place. Great property, amenities, and the apartments are spacious and clean. I love the community feel and look forward to more of the community events they have for us. Thank you Edison Spirit team.”
“I normally do not leave reviews at all, but I wanted to share my experiences so far living here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Brittney is amazing and is always so welcoming and helpful along with everyone else in the office (I happen to speak to Brittney the most). Any issues I have had in the past gets resolved within the same day. Our AC was leaking last year and we notified the office and got a brand new one within the same day! They are always on top of everything! Always so welcoming, sweet, and communicative. This place is a great, small community to reside in.”
“Jeremiah was incredibly fast in fixing our sink problem and I appreciated his communication on timing.Additionally, we recently had a request completed by Mark to help resolve an issue with our smart thermostat installation (but I didn’t receive a link for review). Mark was incredibly thorough and generous with his time - tried a few options before finding a solution and completed the work in a single day instead of coming back. Super appreciative of this awesome team!! Thank you both Mark and Jeremiah”
“This building is truly a unique gem in Minneapolis! I absolutely love the staff and the character.
I also love the fact that Loring Park is within walking distance.
Two of my favorite Loring Park spots to check out when you move in: Gai Noi and Fawkes Alley Coffee!”
“Very quiet and peaceful apartment to live in. Great location with lots of places to walk to. Other residents here are friendly and respectful. The building is kept up nicely and any maintenance that comes up is handled quickly and with good communication. Being a smaller building is a huge bonus too, management cares and communication is always good. Very happy to call Hearthwood apartments our home.”
“The staff (APM, PM, Maintenance staff, custodial staff) all are Amazing! Professional, courteous, respectful, and always do their best to be supportive. If I could, I would absolutely stay here forever!! To anyone new, this is the best location, it is clean and pet-friendly! Highly recommend it!!”

“Our dad lives at Village Shores (for one year now.) He enjoys the food, the care he receives, his apartment, the activities, the club exercise equipment. The staff are kind and respect. We are grateful and thankful that our dad has such a wonderful place to live!”
“I like to have a clean car, especially in the Winter. Besides that washing your car is good for your car, it's nice to have a clean looking car. I can't tell you how many times I've dirtied my pants, a jacket or bag from rubbing against a dirty car. Yuck! I have gone through the car washes at gas stations and such, and they do a nice job. But, they are expensive by comparison. Usually at a gas station a car wash is $7-$10. Going to a self wash is about $3.00. Ok maybe not life changing, but hey why not save a few bucks here and there to spend on a burger or something? Most the the self wash places I have been at are very similar. They have the high pressure wand with water, soap, and usually some extra options. You put in your quarters and have about 90 seconds to wash. When the lights start blinking or you hear the beeping, add a few quarters as needed. I never use the wheel wash or pre-soak, wax or any of the other options. I go with the soap right away and water to rinse. I used to use the soap brush however I have found that the high pressure soap works better and faster than a soap brush. I also believe that rocks and such can get logged in the soap brush which could scratch your car. The other aspect I like about the high pressure wand is spraying out the dirt and grime that gets in the wheel wells. Most places have a vacuum and a trash can to throw out some garbage. Fox Ridge had something I have not seen before. They super sized air hose to dry you car. I thought this was so cool. While I did not use this feature this trip, it is definitely something I would like to try sometime when I return. Fox Ridge is close to my office and I love convenience. I will certainly be back here when my car needs a wash.”
“Seems like a nice place. A relative lives there. I looked into the pricing and waiting list. The monthly co-op fee seems pretty exorbitant, so that was disappointing.”
“Ive been living here for some time now and love it. Tracy has been the best manager I’ve ever had, she is quick to answer any question and offer help when needed. Everything about this place has changed for the better since she has been here”
“I love ❤️ living here at Woodhaven, I have lived here for 4 years, and it is a great place to live!!
I have had No problems with my apartment and when I did they came out with and fixed the problem, and when the fire ? happened in 2023 I was living in apartment 259 where the fire happened, they didn’t hesitate to get me in another apartment and now I live in apartment 227 the company was great to me
On getting into a new apartment and making my transition to a new apartment very easy!!❤️”
“I very much enjoyed living here. You’ll hear different stories from all the residents, but by far the funniest one I’ve read about is how “dangerous” it is. It’s not dangerous, it’s living in a major metropolitan area close to downtown. Yes, shady stuff does happen outside sometimes. But have I ever felt unsafe living here? Absolutely not! The building is very secure, both the entryway and the garage. The apartments are wonderful on the inside. I particularly love the fact that I had in unit laundry as well as fridge with an external ice-maker/water dispenser. The walls are super thick. I never heard my neighbors, unless I went out in the hall and they never heard me. There was plenty a night I was blaring music and never got a complaint. Common areas were nice, I liked how Angelica regularly hosted resident get togethers to foster a sense of community. Only downside is there is no fitness center. However, they do subsidize your LA fitness membership across the street. I was within close proximity to anything I could ever want, and the lake is just a couple minutes stroll away. The Green Way is super close. Multiple restaurants, bars, you name it, It was very much within walking distance. The prices are amazing for what you get. Angelica is hands-down the best leasing agent I have ever met in an apartment. She’s super approachable, very friendly, quick to answer any questions. She gets things done. When the manager left, I was very surprised they never made her manager because she literally ran that place so well.”
“I've lived at The Arbors for a little over a year now, and I love my apartment! It's a very unique place. The outside may look common, but the actual apartments are what I like to call a Brady bunch style. Large rooms and walk-in closets, sunken living rooms, 3rd floor fireplaces...with super unique floor plans and entryways, & lots of space! The management is a'ight. It's pretty typical for the most part. I want to shout out JaiSean. He's fairly new down in the office, but he's a great young man. He's thoughtful and kind, and I appreciate him, b'cuz I have a brain injury, and he never makes me feel problematic if I'm manic or upset when I call! That means a lot to me in a world where people often overlook and misunderstand people with disabilities. He's definitely an asset to the team, and hopefully, he'll rise and shine accordingly within the company!
I also like the maintenance man, Ryan. He's awesome and very timely. I've never waited longer than a couple of hours for him to come make repairs. He's also very kind and courteous! He's a neat guy, too! I enjoy chatting about our shared love of writing and art! Last but not least, Ginger the Manager. She's doing a great job as far as I can see! She's a little stern but super fair. I've not had any unpleasant interactions with her! I find her to be unbiased & there's no favoritism going on as far as I can tell & that's what I expect from an apartment manager. I had a bad experience at another property, with favoritism and biased employees, so that's what I'm concerned about, personally. Overall, I see myself living here for the foreseeable future. Im comfortable here, and I feel safe. That's a broad statement for me to make with PTSD. The building security is on point. Buzzer entry system and fire doors add to the safety factor. Good neighborhood, great neighbors for the most part. I would be lying if I said there weren't some bad apples, but that's to be expected in a place that accepts government subsidies. I'll share briefly that Emma was really delightful until she wasn't anymore. She's a friendly, kind person too but I think she became annoyed with me rather quickly. Brain injury can affect different aspects of ones personality, and some people dont know enough about TBI to navigate interactions, with TBI patients successfully, which says nothing about her persay... some people just don't navigate mentally ill people very well, and it makes some people uncomfortable. She made me feel some kinda way, but she was never openly rude to me! Overall, she was friendly and helpful when I was moving in. Maybe more about how to deal with people with disabilities in the training! ? I don't mean to upset anyone with my review, but I gotta be honest! I am happy to be here and grateful to have a voice.Thank you!! ?”
