“The space is beautiful with indoor garage parking, great amenities, and friendly staff. The true MVPs are Rob and William for making my move-in as smooth as possible, especially since I moved from the east coast. These guys patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I had my exact needs met.
Eleanor is incredibly efficient and always resolve issues in a timely manner. The cleaning couple I say hello to each morning are some of the kindest souls and do an amazing job keeping everything pristine.
I truly appreciate having 24/7 staff available. It adds an extra level of convenience and makes the experience feel genuinely luxurious.”
“I’m a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota, and I needed to move in more than 10 days before the new academic-year lease officially began. The staff at Station were incredibly helpful in coordinating the cleaning and maintenance team and getting my apartment ready for me on short notice. I truly appreciate the extra effort they made to accommodate my situation.

“I will always cherish the three years my husband and I spent at the Odin. The building and amenities were cleaned meticulously every day, the maintenance people are excellent and extremely friendly and kind. The management staff and leasing office are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Nicole and Natalee were the BEST of the best.
Odin is walking distance to almost anything you could need, trails, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and more. However if you have a car the parking garage was always super clean and well taken care off. The gym is spacious and clean. Our apartment was in the “tower” facing the pool area, and even during the summer it wasn’t overly loud or noisy. The walls are pretty thick between units so you also won’t hear your neighbors much. If I could have picked the Odin up and brought it across the country when my husband and I moved I would have. You won’t regret living there. Love love love the Odin. ❤❤❤❤”

“I loved living at 3020! The quality was exceptional. Everything in the apartment was updated, my (corner) unit was very spacious with beautiful natural lighting, things were quiet and safe, and Dan was a wonderful landlord. Maintenance requests were answered very quickly, and he's always pleasant to interact with. Going from this apartment complex to a larger one where management is in charge of three buildings especially made me appreciate how 3020 was managed/maintained. If I hadn't relocated out of the cities, I definitely would have re-signed. Thank you Dan!”

“Love living here! The maintenance crew is very responsive, fast, and friendly, as are the kind folks at the front desk! Access to the Greenway and proximity to the lakes is amazing. Wonderful place for dogs! Great community of dog owners, a nice park for the dogs, and numerous clean-up stations around the property. Just be sure to get a draft blocker for your door— the bottom gap is pretty wide, so sound bleeds easily. The parking situation can be awful due to the high volumes of cars between all the Bigos properties in the neighborhood being able to park in the attached lot— particularly bad during construction season! Be prepared to walk up to a quarter mile in high demand parking times. You can get a garage parking spot, but it’s a bit pricey and you may have to be on a waitlist. Overall, a great place to live, but makes me wish I didn’t need a car.”

“I loved living at the Camerata and was a resident for almost 2 years. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor and paid about $1900 monthly total for one car underground and pet rent from 2021-2023. Maintenance was quick to respond (they live in Hoigaard Village too), rent felt fair, and the amenities were great. It was nice that all amenities at all buildings were accessible to any resident. The underground parking was awesome, even though sometimes there’s trouble with the fob system. The pool at the Camerata can get really busy and parties happen during the summer but everyone is friendly and inviting. Management changed hands while we were there but Kelly was there the whole time we were, and she was lovely to work with. I recommend living here to friends & family who are looking in the area. You’ll love it here.Pro tip: moving takes a LOT of effort in these buildings because they’re so big (especially the Camerata), so hire movers. You will absolutely get your money’s worth.”

“Toured Woodhaven with Evan, loved the space available (longer rooms, so felt less boxed in) and indoor heated pool year round as well as very affordable underground parking.
Evan helped me thru the whole process. And was very patient with me thru email and over the phone and was concise and clear about all my pricing options, while not feeling just like a salesmen.
If you are looking for studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments near a lot of casual shopping options, great quick bites and a great local asian bakery, definitly call and ask for Evan for a tour.”

“nice apartments, gym has nice equipment but usually broken. pool & balcony are nice but hot tub has been broken since move in. rent is high. maintenance comes super quick. Haven’t had any problems with staff.
Note: my car did get broken into, for $175/month for parking there should be better security.

“The Quad is a great place to live with very friendly staff! The managers, Lyla and Evie, are both very helpful and follow up on concerns brought up. I also always look forward to the monthly events that The Quad puts on! They're so creative! I've had to put in a lot of maintenance requests for my unit, and they're often quickly resolved! Some of the appliances were outdated/broken, and the maintenance team quickly replaced the appliance with a brand new one (shoutout to Brian for being so helpful with the maintenance requests). We also had a mouse issue, but pest control/management came over multiple times to add poison and check on the situation.
Also, Jackie, one of the leasing consultants, is my favorite! She has an infectious personality and is eager to help you, even if it's just getting a package for you. She makes anyone feel like her friend! I don't know how she's so energetic and smiley to everyone.
I would give The Quad 5 stars if it weren't for a few things: the bathroom vents don't work (and can't be fixed by the maintenance team at the moment), the windows don't open (so smells can linger for a couple days after cooking if your AC isn't on), and the view from my apartment faces into the courtyard (you don't get to choose your unit, so I was really bummed to not be facing the city/streets).
Overall, The Quad is an awesome place to live! The rent is affordable for the area, the staff are friendly, the building feels safe and clean, and there are fun monthly events to look forward to :)”

“We've been here about a month. I wasn't at all sure that we are apartment people. But the staff is so kind, attentive, and responsive, both in general, as well as specifically to maintenance and repair issues. (Which have been very few and mostly of the routine variety.) We love the huge windows and our view of the skyline. Groceries are right down the street, not to mention all the Uptown restaurants and bars. I'm a cyclist, so I REALLY appreciate the easy access to the Greenway. We haven't even begun to scratch the surface of the nice amenities like the roof top patio, the common room, and fitness room.”
