He worked hard to locate what was needed, provided a loaner vehicle, and was completely honest and transparent about the costs.

“I brought my vehicle in one year after it was repaired following a collision, right before the warranty for the repair services expired. Jeff and Dave were great - they got my car in right away and explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it. There were issues with the length of time I waited and they happily honored the warranty. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“I drive past this place almost every day on my way to work but had never really thought about buying a battery from them. My battery died in the parking lot of my job (right around the corner from Interstate), and I thought I could make it home with a harbor freight charger/jumper. I only made it about a mile when I realized it wasn't going to happen. I called Interstate half an hour before they closed and explained the situation, by the time I got there they already had the battery ready for me to purchase, 9 minutes until they closed. The battery that they sold me was much less expensive than I was quoted online from other stores, and $100 cheaper than AAA. The guy working the front counter was very friendly and explained all of the options that I had to choose from. From now on I will only buy batteries from Interstate.”
