“These guy came in huge to get us back on the road in no time! We are RVing cross contry and had to replace our condoctor plate. We replaced it ourselves thanks to youtube but the RV was still in "limp" mode. Only 2nd gear and reverse (couldn't shift through any gears manually). We drove over there and these guys got it all fixed in no time and we drove out of there within 20 mins. These guys were extreamly helpful! Highly recomend stopping by or calling if your having any transmition issues!”

“My Prius had a noise which was noticeable when driving over 40mph and got louder when turning right. Southdale Firestone in Edina near my house misdiagnosed it as front suspension replacement $1600, which was done and the noise was still there. Next was a BP gas station shop on hamline and grand in St. Paul diagnosed it as a defective transmission and recommended replacing it with a new one. They said it has a CVT transmission and continued to tell me that cvt stood for constant velocity transmission. I don’t know too much about transmission but I do know cvt stands for continuously variable transmission. I ofcourse didn’t go with there recommendation and decided to get a diagnostic from Richfield transmission. They were upfront about there diagnostic fee and were efficient in finding the root cause. Turns out it was the right front wheel bearing. Replaced it and no more noise. Thank you Richfield transmission for doing an excellent job.”

“After 5 pm on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I ended up with a flat. I live a few hours away from Richfield and needed to drive back on Sunday. I took the tire off, put the spare on, and started my rush to a tire place for a patch. The first place I contacted, starting with the closest, gave me a flat out "no" but did suggest another shop. The techs at that shop had already gone home butI could drop the tire off, and they could maybe get to it the next day.In a hail Mary pass, I called Goodyear and explained my situation. They said if I could be there in 5 minutes, it was now 5:35 and they closed at 6, they would patch my tire. Luckily, I was three minutes away.To make this already long saga shorter, the tire could not be repaired, and I needed two new tires. They had the size I needed in stock and installed them for me that night, finishing up about 6:40. I left the business card with my daughter, who lives in the area, so I do not have the name of the employee at hand to give him a shout-out. I am so appreciative for what they did for me.”
