“This Old Navy in the Mall of America felt very bougie! Not like your normal Old Navy store, this seem to be a step up and had an extensive selection. I highly recommend the store.”

This level of customer service is something I don't find these days! Jake's service should be rewarded and praised. “I love Zumiez. All of the locations I’ve been to (all around the metro area of Minneapolis-Saint Paul) have been great. If I had to pick my favorite, I think this might be it just because they have the largest selection of everything. “I came in to buy some shoes and the customer service was exceptional, 10/10! A young man named Zay (i believe) assisted me. He was very quick and brought out multiple sizes for me to try on without me even having to ask. The checkout process was smooth, a very young fellow named izu and i had a wonderful conversation. He also informed me about a discount that i get for being a first responder!”
“Update: Had to add to my out of control sock selection and several gift items. Cool array of autumn and Halloween socks. Always suberb selection of “fun” socks plus compression, kids, winter and wool selections. Best “fun sock” prices in the mall. Pleasant retail staff. Third floor near Crave and other restaurants.”

When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. “This location is AMAZING during weekdays; but can be very busy on weekends. Haley and Griffin were welcoming, informative, and helpful. They had an instant answer to all of our questions, and went above and beyond supporting my girlfriend and I in finding the perfect pair. I learned about online and shipping offers, and much more. Truly enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. We got fitting rooms in a very fast manner and again, great help.”
“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”
“I had a fantastic experience at Tommy Bahama MOA! Sara and Dave were so friendly and helped with everything I needed during my visit. They made a return and warranty a breeze to do. I ended up buying more than I planned to as there was so many great options with superb service. Dave was wearing a cool shirt and when I asked if they still sell it he proceeded to take off the shirt to look up the tag details and found me 1 left to order online.

“I seriously cannot speak highly enough of Kenyata! (sorry if I spelled your name wrong, I’m terrible with remembering names). I walked in looking for a wedding outfit (semi dressy), happening 3 hours later, (yes I’m also terrible at planning for events ?), and he was on it! He helped me put a few outfits together to see which one I was feeling the most, and I loved that he was really straightforward and keeping it real when the ones I chose weren’t wedding vibes ?. I also had to run next door for a makeup appointment and didn’t have time to stay to have them fix the watch I bought to fit my wrist, and he did that while I was there, walked to my appointment to see if it fitted right, and walk back to still remove a few links. He ended up coming back to bring me the watch fitting perfectly! Really went above and beyond knowing I was such in a rush.

“Awesome selection of new, recycled, and vintage items. Specifically, the vintage selection and quality is unmatched by most places. Definitely worth a stop. The prices are also, fairly reasonable considering that some of these shirts can go for hundreds of dollars at other high rent thrift stores.”

“Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”
