The day we visited they were having a 30-40% sale on most of the store, and we got some great deals on clothing.
I pretty much exclusively wear the regular black Vans crew socks, they're so comfortable. The skateboarding line of shoes has great soles, and this store has the full line.
Make sure you sign up for the Vans family rewards, you get vouchers pretty often, it's totally worth it.”
“I had a terrific experience. I came into the store. Asked my size and given 2 t-shirts 2 try on since i was unsure of the exact fittings in their collection. That was easy. Then he brought out a the tops in my size and let me choose. He took them out of the package when I chose the color I liked. Then used the steamer on my top & put it on a coat hanger and bag for me as I left the store. As far as I could tell its all electronic payments. They emailed me the receipt. Loved the style of the store.”
“I was an idiot and dropped the thing i got for my sister for her birthday while trying on clothes at Aritzia. and I was crying in the dressing room. I felt so stupid. “December 6, 2025 around 2pm. I'm at the registers and a store employee (I believe her name was Shianne) was assisting me. She helped me save a few more $, explained the rewards program and helped me with my account. At the end of my purchase she provided the receipt where she circled the survey at the bottom. I asked if when I was doing the survey if there was a place for me to add her name and give her the awesome recognition she deserved. She confirmed and after I was home, I completed the survey due to her professionalism, conduct and knowledge. Our interaction gave me a little extra boost for the day and I believe my compliments and appreciation did for her as well. Customer service has been becoming mediocre at best but Shianne reminded me that exceptional staff are out there. Thank you!”
“I had a fantastic experience at Tommy Bahama MOA! Sara and Dave were so friendly and helped with everything I needed during my visit. They made a return and warranty a breeze to do. I ended up buying more than I planned to as there was so many great options with superb service. Dave was wearing a cool shirt and when I asked if they still sell it he proceeded to take off the shirt to look up the tag details and found me 1 left to order online.

Well, the young lady that helped me, Keyona found one in my size. I tried it on and did not like it. So I tried on a different item that Keyona suggested and I liked the comfort and fit. She made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with me. Keyona, thank you so much for your advice, patience and kindness with me.

i was told the new moa store opened only 3 months ago. still, all the sales associates who i spoke with were very kind and helpful. it makes me think the new team & management are doing a better job than the old store’s. i’m thankful for Cade (maybe Kay; i could not hear) who was particularly patient while helping me check out and order alt sizes online.

“I came to Duluth in Bloomington, MN to exchange some online purchases my husband made. It turned out, the size we wanted is hard to find currently and low stock everywhere (including online). But never fear, super woman Trina to the rescue!
Trina took command of my problem and did everything she could to try to solve it. She suggested cuts that run a little smaller in the waste, lengths that could work, scoured the online warehouse inventory AND her own store room to see what she could dig up to make my needs happen. She even explained to me how to sew a hem simply!
Ultimately, I was able to leave with three replacement pants that were nearly a one-for-one swap of what my husband had purchased. They have worked for him.
