“I had a fantastic experience at Tommy Bahama MOA! Sara and Dave were so friendly and helped with everything I needed during my visit. They made a return and warranty a breeze to do. I ended up buying more than I planned to as there was so many great options with superb service. Dave was wearing a cool shirt and when I asked if they still sell it he proceeded to take off the shirt to look up the tag details and found me 1 left to order online.

“So here's the DEAL. I FEEL that dedicating this google review to Viktoria, my roommate and friend, would be a REAL wAnder-ful (or wonderful) thing to do, because she used to wear REALLy HEEL-arious (HILLarious) Sox all the time. It was like her trade mark, sort of like how my trademark is for being known as the girl who always wears tye dye cargo pants all the time. She had so many kooky socks; she had socks that were TEAL; she had socks that had multiple images of a SEAL on them, and she even had socks with images of a banana PEEL on them too. SHE'LL always be loved and remembered, and she would have loved and worn the socks that are in this store too.”

“Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”

“old store closed January 2025. new store rocks. the layout on the men’s side is more focused so it’s easier to find what you need. good variety despite the smaller floor space.
i was told the new moa store opened only 3 months ago. still, all the sales associates who i spoke with were very kind and helpful. it makes me think the new team & management are doing a better job than the old store’s. i’m thankful for Cade (maybe Kay; i could not hear) who was particularly patient while helping me check out and order alt sizes online.

“Originally from the UK and having shopped often at Primark there, I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of this one in MOA. Have visited a couple times since they opened, the first being on Labor Day, which was, as expected very busy. My second visit was on a midweek day in the morning and was a lot quieter. It is pretty similar to the UK version in terms of products - in fact I saw some items for sale that I already have at home in my closet. Prices are also comparable with the UK stores. Quality is pretty good too - I find their sweatshirts and jogging bottoms to last really well and they wash and dry well, still looking like new after a few years. The only downside is that both times I went, they were out of stock in my size on a couple things - had them in different colors but not the one I wanted. They have huge stocks in certain sizes, especially small and extra small, so maybe once they have been around a while they will know which sizes they need more of and will adjust their ordering accordingly. Overall, a nice store - clean and bright with the option of regular shopping bags or the wheelie-carts, which make carrying several items at once easy!”
“This is a second souvenir and trinket shop in MoA. Been here a few times since moving to Minnesota in 2019. Employees have been helpful and attentive. Bought a few things like a couple of coffee mugs, a MoA mall emblem, and a few plaques as well.
The store itself is small and packed full of products which is hard to navigate the store in an MoA power scooter for disabled folks.”

“I came to Duluth in Bloomington, MN to exchange some online purchases my husband made. It turned out, the size we wanted is hard to find currently and low stock everywhere (including online). But never fear, super woman Trina to the rescue!
Trina took command of my problem and did everything she could to try to solve it. She suggested cuts that run a little smaller in the waste, lengths that could work, scoured the online warehouse inventory AND her own store room to see what she could dig up to make my needs happen. She even explained to me how to sew a hem simply!
Ultimately, I was able to leave with three replacement pants that were nearly a one-for-one swap of what my husband had purchased. They have worked for him.
