I bought a new washing machine online, asking to have it installed and the old one hauled away. Communication was excellent, both online and by phone. The delivery happened when they said it would. The delivery and installation guys were courteous and knew what they were doing. An excellent experience all around.

Only one staff member was wearing their mask correctly, over their nose. I received really horrible customer service at the pick up area. Ended up requesting a refund online and walked over to pick up the product myself. I was also rung up wrong and overcharged the last time I was here. The worst location in the cities.
