Wonderful experience due to a kind, calm, patient, and attentive male lab tech/phlebotomist (I didn’t catch his name). He was also highly skilled and exceptionally meticulous with phlebotomy—I tend to bruise easily and significantly but I have no signs of a bruise after the blood draw.
