Luther Bloomington Hyundai Parts Department is a service center that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some have praised the service they received, others have expressed concerns about the excessive communication and lack of loaners available during repairs. The service department is described as good, but the high volume of emails, calls, texts, and voicemails following up on the service is considered invasive and excessive. Customers have also reported issues with the radio amp in their vehicles and the lack of a larger fleet of loaners, which can be inconvenient for those who need to find alternative transportation during repairs. The sales process at the dealership is reported to be fine, and the pricing is competitive with other local dealerships. However, customers are advised not to opt for the paint film protection, as it is considered overpriced compared to other shops in the area. Despite these concerns, one customer had a positive experience when purchasing a new Tucson. The sales team, including Andy and Luke, were described as welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The customer felt well-cared for and appreciated the time taken to explain the technology of the new vehicle. Overall, the reviews of Luther Bloomington Hyundai Parts Department are a mix of positive and negative experiences, with the service department's communication and loaners being the primary areas of concern for some customers.
Went in for a few recalls to get serviced. Service was good. But the 5-7 emails, calls, texts, and voicemails asking how things went is quite invasive and too far.

Sales process was fine and pricing is competitive with places in the area.DO NOT opt into their paint film protection. It is incredibly over priced compared to other shops in the area and an absolute rip off.
