I recently had an issue with my car, actually it was an ongoing problem with the computer that persisted for almost four years. Every year, under warranty, they replaced my battery without any questions. My most recent visit, I was in the middle of deeply investigating the problem. Bruce was very helpful, communicating with my service technician and getting to the bottom of the issue.

“Adam and team went above and beyond repairing my vehicle! I had taken my car to Gerber Golden Valley about two weeks ago to do an out of pocket repair on a small plastic trim piece on the interior of my car, something that just needed to be removed and replaced.
Unfortunately, after going to get the vehicle there had been noticeable damage down to the primer on the interior paint. There were dents as well done by tools on the top of the door frame. I gave them two attempts to repair the car, however the paint job was botched and uneven. Eventually I picked the car up and was at a loss.
I contacted the Gerber corporate team and spoke with a few people who put me in touch with Adam. I wanted someone who would take my car and make it look 100% how I brought it originally and treat it like their own car. Adam is the type of guy you need in a significantly higher position than where he currently is, he's severely under utilized and his level of customer service warrants a title and pay raise. He totally 180'd the previous experience I had and restored faith in this company.
He arranged a loaner and paid the daily cost for me right away. We had a slight issue where enterprise had not heard from them to cover an additional day, however I called the front desk and within one minute she had resolved this. Additionally, Adam replaced components that were damaged from buffing and even took out scratches on the vehicle the other location did not even do out of his generosity. The detailer mentioned they spent several hours cleaning the vehicle, which is a huge kudos to them as well. The entire team was fantastic. Adam communicated with me every step of the way, even bringing his team in on the weekend to make this right.
I hope corporate, and all future customers, see this review and know they can put 150% confidence in Adam and his entire team. Everyone here should be recognized for their phenomenal customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness. I know this was frustrating to many of them for the late hours and long weekends, but please know I will value it more than you can realize.

“Updated from my previous review notes- I just got home from picking up my vehicle and I am very impressed after looking over the updates and work that was completed this week. I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating. “I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Chris! Last week I stopped in to have my battery and alternator tested, and Chris performed a free inspection of my car. He discovered that my alternator had failed and explained that my car could have been stranded within the next few hours if I didn't replace it.
Chris walked me through my options, helped me choose the best alternator for my vehicle, and even installed it for me. I was genuinely blown away by the level of customer service I received. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it.

“LaMettry’s bloomington knocked it out of the frickin park man I have to say. I had the roof repainted on my 2011 BMW 335is and there was major clear coat failure before but now it’s minty fresh. I was working with Bradley who is super nice and down to earth and was able to get my total cost down too which was sweet. Coming from someone who never takes their car to any dealers/shops and always tries to do their own work, I would definitely trust them for any paintwork or other jobs. They have a lifetime warranty on paint too so if something were to fail prematurely it sounds like they would take care of it. 5 stars from me.”

“Getting a new car is always a life changing decision.My current Murano four years old. We took a drive through Hyundai lot Sunday and looked at a couple Tucsons. Beautiful mid size SUV. Monday I went in with all that I needed to get a new car. Andy in sales was in the #1 seat as you enter. A welcoming hello and friendly smile to which I replied. He immediately started to assist us. and brought up the car I thought I would purchase. We drove it I had a price in mind. I came back from the test drive deciding to upgrade to the Tucson Limited and low and behold she was setting on the show floor. Smokey gray and black interior. The moment I sat in that car I knew I had arrived. There is no greater thrill than seeing them drive your purchase off the show floor.He worked with me on my trade, the cost to purchase or lease and my decision to lease put me in a luxury car for a great saving from my current car note .The dealership has an aura that is peaceful but busy, impeccably clean, sales desks right in front and sales that hold your hand through the process I was treated like a guest and felt we were well taken care of.From sales to management to finance (Luke) I breezed through the process and Andy took precious time to explain the technology of my SUV.
