“This Old Navy in the Mall of America felt very bougie! Not like your normal Old Navy store, this seem to be a step up and had an extensive selection. I highly recommend the store.”
“The workers were very very helpful one of the workers there (I don’t remember the name but he served in the military) helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.”
“This sports apparel store is on the 2nd floor of The Mall of America. They have a large selection of Big 4 merchandise as well as merchandise featuring other sports like MLS, racing, collegiate, and others. They do offer deals and sales on some of the merchandise that I saw in the store as well. It does have some things that other stores like like banners, cups, and other things that may make good gifts for fans of teams.
Why did I deduct a star? As with many other stores of this nature, it is easy to find better deals on this merchandise online. I am not sure if they do any type of price matching but I did not see any signage stating so. Despite this, it is a good sports apparel store and I would visit it if this is merchandise I was in search of.”
“A bustling outpost of graphic threads, this shop is. Wall after towering wall packed with T-shirt prints from every corner of the fandom galaxy. If a traveler seeks variety, they will not leave disappointed. Browsing feels like navigating a hyperspace lane of music, anime, and nostalgia all at once.
Plenty to see, plenty to choose… A solid stop for any Padawan of pop culture.”
“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! No doubt I’ll be back:) thanks girl!”
“December 6, 2025 around 2pm. I'm at the registers and a store employee (I believe her name was Shianne) was assisting me. She helped me save a few more $, explained the rewards program and helped me with my account. At the end of my purchase she provided the receipt where she circled the survey at the bottom. I asked if when I was doing the survey if there was a place for me to add her name and give her the awesome recognition she deserved. She confirmed and after I was home, I completed the survey due to her professionalism, conduct and knowledge. Our interaction gave me a little extra boost for the day and I believe my compliments and appreciation did for her as well. Customer service has been becoming mediocre at best but Shianne reminded me that exceptional staff are out there. Thank you!”

“I bought 3 pairs of jeans here and needed them altered. When i got them back, 2 pairs were too short. The manager, Jake, took care of me and got me 2 new pairs. This level of customer service is something I don't find these days! Jake's service should be rewarded and praised. He has gained my loyalty to his location and will travel extra distance to shop from his store. We'll done, Jake!”
“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”
“I came in to buy some shoes and the customer service was exceptional, 10/10! A young man named Zay (i believe) assisted me. He was very quick and brought out multiple sizes for me to try on without me even having to ask. The checkout process was smooth, a very young fellow named izu and i had a wonderful conversation. He also informed me about a discount that i get for being a first responder!”
“Quinn and Evan were super helpful today! When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. “This location is AMAZING during weekdays; but can be very busy on weekends. Haley and Griffin were welcoming, informative, and helpful. They had an instant answer to all of our questions, and went above and beyond supporting my girlfriend and I in finding the perfect pair. I learned about online and shipping offers, and much more. Truly enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. We got fitting rooms in a very fast manner and again, great help.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Tommy Bahama MOA! Sara and Dave were so friendly and helped with everything I needed during my visit. They made a return and warranty a breeze to do. I ended up buying more than I planned to as there was so many great options with superb service. Dave was wearing a cool shirt and when I asked if they still sell it he proceeded to take off the shirt to look up the tag details and found me 1 left to order online.

“I was looking for matching shirts for me and my eight-year-old son. They had the size in stock for my son, which was great. We were able to try it on and ensure that it fit before we left. However, the larger sizes it appears they never have in stock, which they need to address. However, the gal that was assisting me (newer employee) was very nice and assisted me in ordering the shirt to match my sons. It was shipped to my house free of charge, which is honestly how it should be if they’re not gonna stock the item. Shipping was super fast. I wanted this for our family vacation in Florida in two weeks and I was advised the shirt would arrive in plenty of time. The shirt arrived in three days!! Outstanding service, outstanding quality, you get what you pay for! Great staff! This was a return visit and I will be back once again.”
“Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”
