“Danny and Kenny were brilliant to work with as we decided to build both our wedding suits with them. They are masters of their craft and explaining their process - we had the most fun during our design appointment and felt really listened to. Their energy was supportive and collaborative throughout our session - they were in it from the jump as soon as we shared our vision. They were also great at providing feedback and insight on our choices without feeling like they were directing the design process. The whole experience was efficient while still feeling high-end. The final products were so beautiful and we received nothing but compliments on the day of our wedding.”

“I came here mostly for the selection of niche fragrances and was not disappointed. My expectations were blown away. It is so rare to be able to be left to test out expensive fragrances on your own without overly pushy sales reps but this was truly the best experience I have ever had. Not only was I allowed to test freely but I was able to have great conversations with the reps that were not sales motivated. I was never made to feel like I was testing too much or there for too long. The customer service is truly remarkable. Being offered things like free coffee or bottled water is not something I am used to even from other high end stores. The fragrance selection is absolutely unparalleled as well, you will find nothing like it anywhere else in the state that I am aware of. All of this is without even mentioning all of the other very interesting items in this very large store. The only thing keeping this from being 5 out of 5 is of course the price of some of the items. There were a few clearance/sale sections but I feel most people would probably find most of the items in the store not very affordable. There are definitely a few cheaper items here and there and were definitely too many areas for me to have looked at absolutely everything, but I feel like just a bit more slightly affordable items would be nice, perhaps just a bit of Polo Ralph Lauren instead of only Ralph Lauren Purple Label, for example. But at the end of the day I understand this is a very high end store, just personal preference and is probably affordable to plenty who will frequent the shop. Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful. Everything in the store was very enjoyable. Overall, it was beyond exemplary first experience and will absolutely return.”

Plenty of vintage yet trendy pieces here.The men’s section is pretty tiny compared to the women’s, but I was still able to find some pretty good stuff. The first floor already feels big, but then there’s still another whole floor including a room full of shoes.I definitely recommend this place.”
“Daemon gave me incredible customer service and helped me get squared away on sizing for 2 suits I bought. There were a lot of places I was considering for these suits, but the convenience of Bonobos having the physical location near me is what ultimately won my business. I was able to see the product in person and confirm that it was high-quality. I have always had a hard time finding suits that fit me well but the material of the suits is very nice, have stretch without looking cheap or "too athletic", and come in a variety of cuts (standard, slim, athletic, etc.). Highly, highly recommend and I will be coming back for my next suit(s) purchase.”
“Edit: I am glad I bought my parka in 2020, because they substantially increased in cost since, and with climate change, we only had one weekend cold enough to wear it last winter. If you're putting money down on a parka this costly, you should have a lifetime membership to use the subzero room when it's scorching hot (the woman at the register did NOT have a sense of humor about this suggestion).
I had such a great experience buying my Canada Goose Chilliwack bomber jacket in Atlantic Navy. I had picked out the one that I wanted and I had it narrowed down to two colors - they had the navy in my size and I made the right choice. I also got to test it out in the subzero room (I would love it if you could use this room in the summer). It is such a warm winter coat that it rarely gets cold enough for me to wear it, even in Minnesota.”

“Jaxon Grey is the BEST place for men’s clothing in MN! My husband is a huge fan. Even our 16 year old son loves shopping here, and that’s saying a lot because he hates to shop. We found him tons of options for the Vantage program (business casual) that are still comfy for him. They make the entire experience fun, including serving a beer or wine! Definitely check them out!!”
