“Had an issue with my charging port on my ipad and stopped in. Josh figured the problem out in about 5 minutes, suggested a different charging cord they had and had me on my way charging me only for the cord. “I went to the AT&T store on York Avenue because my email wasn’t working. I was happy to see that Daniel was there because he’s assisted me with phone problems before. Daniel was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process to change my password so my email could be reset, and then had me go through the steps again so I could fix the problem on my own if it happened again. Daniel is knowledgeable and personable. I’ll go to this store again when it’s time to upgrade my phone.”

“Super sweet and professional was sent here after a terrible experience at the Burnsville store with the lying associate Steven. These guys apologized for what I went through and actually talked to me about the details in the plan I was signing up for that the other store didn't want to do for me. They took the time to make sure I knew what I was paying for and they had just opened so I got a bonus $200 off. I felt bad showing up so close to close but they were super sweet and understanding which im not used to with AT&T since my only other experience was with the horrible Steven guy. I told my coworkers, friends, and my roommates who were looking at switching to just skip Burnsville and come here. They treat you like a fellow human here instead of a nuisance.”

“I stopped in without an appointment to see if I could get a new phone and was informed by the store rep, Dylan Treakle, that he was the only employee in the store that evening, and it would be roughly an hour before he could help me as there were two other people ahead of me. The two other customers had larger, time consuming issues and I watched as Dylan worked like crazy to juggle multiple calls to support at the same time along with trying to help me get a new phone. I felt really bad because I could see that he had an untouched Jimmy Johns on his desk that he wouldn't be eating until after close. Dylan was professional, calm and took personal responsibility for the delay when it was clear he really didn't need to.”
