I'd highly recommend going to this location just for her! ? My friends iPhone 11 was stuck with voiceover on and was she locked out for almost 6 hours when we decided to go to AT&T to get help. Tonya informed us that the Apple store at the MOA would just encourage buying a new phone and not fix our problem. Tonya recommended going to Best Buy and having Geek Squad take a look. After their help at BestBuy, which wasn't long, I'm thankful for Tonya W. being so helpful and informative/knowledgeable because it helped saved a lot of time and headaches. Will definitely recommend to friends/family and I will be coming back here when I need help again.Helpfulness of Cleanliness of Knowledge of Ease of Location and Thank you so much TONYA!!!P.S. “This review is about my cracked screen for my Samsung Fold phone. I filed a claim, and the nearest location for Minneapolis was Richfield on Lyndale Avenue. Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me.With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue.My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of.I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know.
