“No complaints really about the store itself, since I only come here occasionally when I'm in the city - except for the bathrooms. Went in yesterday and the bathrooms were disgusting. I also really wish they'd stop putting people out to try to convince you to upgrade your membership. If I wanted to upgrade I would. I don't need to be bothered while I'm trying to shop to try to convince me to upgrade, I wish companies would stop doing this”

“The only reason I’m giving 5 stars goes to Patricia in the liquor store/ her co worker that samples. She goes above and beyond even when customers do not deserve it. I’ve witnessed people be SO rude to her and have the nerve to complain about her when she doesn’t deserve it- it’s not the associates fault that they aren’t scheduling more employees or going to assist, don’t take it out on the people just doing their job. Patricia is probably the only reason I like coming to this location- she deserves recognition!”

“I consistently get great service at this location. The pharmacist who is usually working when I’m there is very helpful, and the techs are always friendly and helpful too. I’ve been in a few times when I needed a prescription filled quickly, and they’ve always gotten it done. This is easily the best CVS in the area by a long shot.”

“This is a small Walgreens but they had what we were looking for. There were quite a few open slots on their shelves so they didn't seem to be all that well stocked. Like I said, we found what we were looking for but were hoping for a different brand that they didn't seem to have in stock. I still appreciate the Mall of America having something like this in there for when you forget something for your trip.”

“I’m surprised to see negative reviews for this pharmacy- I’ve tried quite a few and this is by far the best one. The staff have always been very nice and helpful to me. They will call you to let you know if there are any issues getting the meds filled which is nice because not all pharmacy’s take the initiative to communicate proactively. Also I’ve seen the staff here deal with some very mean customers, but they always stay very calm and friendly in response!”

“I’m a fan of CVS store everywhere. Wherever I go, I try to go to the nearest CVS store, it’s convenient, and affordable for the beauty products that I buy. It might have taken a whole day for me to find the similar product in mall stores but with CVS, I can find right where I want. I’m very happy with CVS rewards program. “Good location, easy to get to, busy intersection. Employees always kind and helpful at the front. Shelves are always stocked and it is clean inside. Some unsavory guests sometimes show up, but the staff is quick to remedy the situation so that everyone is safe and comfortable. The pharmacy has been a slight issue lately with being understaffed and closed a lot. There are two specific gentlemen i love seeing when I come for my kids or my father, and I haven't seen them lately. Very kind!”
