“It’s a bit confusing to find the entrance! Bus station is on Level B, the lower level of the parking ramp. Enter on 2nd Ave and follow the signs down the hall and downstairs.
There is no curb parking for drop off, but there is a waiting area around the corner outside of Target Field. From there, it’s just a short two minute walk to the entrance.”

“Great service when we visit Minneapolis the last weekend in April. Showed up to a line of 5 customers, and yet I was in and out w keys in hand within 20mins yes. The gentleman working the counter was great and even offered a few suggestions of places to try while we were in town. He gave me comprehensive directions on how to find car, and return it; no fuss car rental! I'd definitely use them again when we go back to Minneapolis!”

“Replenish your bus pass or pick up a schedule of any of the many routes in the cities.A quick efficient transaction with usually duty-full employees, not warm and fuzzy, not rude either.I'm not using the service as much as before so card credit lasts a long time. The transit is required for city living, who wants to drive downtown and walk through the parking ramps?”
