“I just had the most amazing Greyhound travel day experience 1/20/2026 from Minneapolis to Appleton, WI, leaving Minneapolis at 10:30am, all thanks to the wonderful driver (I'm so sorry I forgot his name! He told me after 6+ hours on the bus and my ears were weary. He said he was a driver for Greyhound 28 years! Wow!) He was so friendly, so professional, all smiles for everyone, super informative, the ride to Appleton was incredibly smooth. Thank you driver for all your hard work!”
“Metro Transit provides a ton of routes and plenty of overlap to get to where you are going. I have been on all forms of Metro Transit my whole adult life and commuted back and forth between Woodbury and Minnetonka for a summer. Only A SINGULAR TIME did a driver not make their turn or stop and NOT ONCE did an express bus come late in the morning. I've been happy with every trip, and thankful for their continued operation. Yes, the light rails can get sketch at times, especially at night, but with event crowds I've always been happy.”

“I am switching out of the membership for employer benefits from another service agency, but my experience with zipcar has been absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic, and agents are extremely flexible and kind about the changes and emergency accommodations customers need to make. I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs. It's really convenient and perfect for those who have occasional need for driving and road trip. Thanks especially to the Zipcar Minneapolis Team for their fantastic support and great heart!”
