“They came out in a few days to fill our tank at our cabin in January in Minnesota. They were very responsive and nice on the phone. One wish would be to get the local service phone number and an email on date coming out.”
“We picked out carpet and then they had someone come out within a couple days to measure our rooms. We would be able to have carpet installed within 2 weeks. Such great service and instant help.”
“Jo H. came on time and did a great job! He went above and beyond and was a nice gentleman. He apologized for us having to wait for 5 MONTHS for service although it is not his fault. I have been with Sears for more than 45 years and have never had such bad service. All of my appliances have come from Sears through out my life. We have had to put out $450.00 at the laundromat, plus 5 months of warranty payments for no service. That is almost $800.00 plus the aggravation of hauling heavy laundry back and forth at almost 80 years old.”

As I continued shopping, I heard Jim continue to volunteer his help to several other customers. He is pleasant and quiet and knows his stuff.I've worked construction for a couple decades. I've encountered dozens of Hone Depot employees. Jim is the best of the best.”
“I was shopping for a miter saw. An associate named Gale stopped asking if I had questions or needed help. I did have a question she didn’t have the answer to but she looked it up on her phone. Then I realized I’d need a much larger cart to carry the item to the checkout. Gale offered to grab one for me and took care of the small cart. Awesome customer service experience. Thank you again Gale. While leaving the store another associate named Katie asked if I’d need help loading my purchases. While I didn’t I did appreciate the offer. Overall a great experience today”
“Went to Walmart for part for our broken compressor-didn’t have it. Went to Home Depot and TT Katie. She’s been at HD for 9 yrs and has all these awards on her bib! She walks us to the compressor parts area and doesn’t have what we need. She says “maybe someone in rental can help us “. Walks us to rental and Bela is there to save the day.! They both love their jobs and Bella had just as many awards on his bib! He took our part in back with 3 others and fixed it for us.
My hubby and I are so greatful for going out of your way to help us. We will always come back to HD in Baxter.

Ted took the time to have an in depth conversation with my boyfriend about the construction, mechanisms, longevity and price points of the kinds of couches we were looking for.
