βI was going on 3 weeks and looking at almost another month wait with a larger glass company. I needed a window sooner so I called Greenheck and I am glad I did. Customer service was top notch and I felt informed every step of the way. My truck had a window that took a bit longer to get and I was informed of this before anything was actually ordered. Greenheck somehow managed to make the process actually enjoyable. No doubt that I will be back again when the need arises.β

βWe had a terrible experience at a local Ford repair shop, Advanced arranged a tow to their shop, ordered replacement parts, and had vehicle repaired within days. Chris is awesome, very professional, very sensitive to costs and worked with us on getting the car repaired at 1000's less that the Ford dealer. These folks are great.β

βThese guys are the nicest, most patient people Ive met in the industry hands down. I'm new to the subaru family so I feel like I call with what could possibly be a lot of silly questions, every time I've gotten a patient and friendly answer even when its a bit involved which really impresses me considering how busy they are. These are honest guys who will give it to you straight as opposed to some dealerships around here that will say anything to get you to agree to a huge bill and then when you get your car back and its still having the same problem then the head gasket blows immediately and its 5k to fix. I wont name names but i was driving a Tahoe so connect the dots ?β
βLast night had a flat while in Aitkin. I removed the tire and put on the doughnut spare on. Went to Pine Center tire this morning. Was immediately met by an employee. He took the flat tire out of back of the car and started repairing the flat. A second employee came out with a floor jack and removed the doughnut tire and placed it back where it is stored in the car. Tire repaired and placed back on the vehicle. In and out in about 30 minutes. Cost of repair way less than expected. I been there several times over the years and always satisfied with the serviceβ
βJames installed new cat back single exhaust on my 2006 ram 1500 hemi. Work was timely, exhaust has GREAT sound & it didn't break the bank. Highly recommend James and Exhaust Pros.β

βWe just bought a 2003 Chevy pickup. Truck needs a little work. Went over to shipman's to check on a couple of items. Gentleman behind the counter real professional and friendly. He checked up a couple of parts that I needed and found them there. I asked him about a wheel cover for that truck. Turns out he had that as well. Gave me a real good price on the wheel cover. I picked it up that night. That will be going back for the other parts I checked with him on. But I also talked to highway 210 Auto repair in Pillager. They will be putting the parts on for me. That is also another class act repair shop!!β
βI had some rust on my rocker panels, that required replacement. They worked with me to install panel covers, vs complete replacement. Very courteous and affordable and quick!β
βCustomer service isnβt dead. Thereβs something to be said about companies that take your money then leave you high and dry but not Hilltop. I had a minor inconvenience and they went above and beyond to help and resolve my concerns. I canβt say that for 90% of the companies Iβve given my money to. Can you? As someone with a million and one reasons to complain about everything, hilltop gets a compliment and my recommendation.β

βThese guys are top notch! I called 1.5 hours before close and was still 1hr 15 minutes away. They told me to make it there safely and they would stay until I was on the road again. They got me back on the road again in 30 minutes and were very friendly with my kids that were asking questions in an already stressful situation. These guys have my business from here on out. βIβm working with Jason and his crew on a project to restore my 1988 Lund ProV. They have been very thorough in their plan for bringing my boat back to its original condition and to update the boat with as new outboard motor.
Iβm pleased with the plans and look forward to the eventual restoration.
I will provide a progress report as the job continues.β
