“I took our 2023 Prius Limited (named Penelope) in for her 25k service. I normally would not take my cars to a dealer for service as I have found dealers to be on the higher end of the cost curve.
Because I am new to the MN area, I don’t know who the reputable independent shops are yet, so I decided to roll the dice and take Penelope to the dealer.
I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that Luther Brookdale Toyota was not in the business of trying to milk its customers like so many other dealers seem to be. I was treated fairly and even talked out of a tire rebalance, which they could have easily said “sure” to as I had already agreed to pay the price quoted.
I can say with certainty that when I am in the market for a new Toyota, Luther Brookdale will be the first dealer I reach out to.”

“My 2014 Prius was having problem starting on the engine part. We walked into Luther Brookdale Toyota in search of options between repairing and replacing. Kaleb presented us some used 2022 Prius with decent price and mileage. After the trade-in value came out, we decided to purchase a used 2022 Prius with a lot of safety features that my 2014 model does not have. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the service by Kaleb. The only complain is the several hours of waiting for the whole process to complete.”
