“Still a favorite and the only one I visit for my Volkswagen needs. In fact this dealership is so wonderful that it has convinced me to be a Volkswagen owner for life! As I mentioned before I bought my most recent Volkswagen here, which runs like a charm. They got me a really great loan for my purchase which I already got paid off after 4 years! Can't wait to purchase my next Volkswagen again here! I've attached photos from my visit today. I got a free oil change today (you get a free one after 6 visits!) . And the wait is so pleasant. The waiting area even though we are in Pandemic times, the lobby is still has well thought out goodies, single pack snacked and a single drink coffee maker, and a fridge of bottled water. Free wi-fi, chairs with attached tables, and TV to enjoy during your wait. Oh, and a work room if you need privacy while you work. How awesome is that?”

“Great emergency service from this location. Initial issue was a blown tire with a later complication of a damaged rim. Prompt service, great communication and a manager that went the extra mile to explain all the issues and find us a new rim. He kept us in the loop as to when our car would be ready and advised the car would stay parked in the shop overnight. Other employees were cheerful and helpful.”

“I did an excellent experience at this business, which did a $15,000 repair job on my Kia ev6. I was cautious in my choice of where to get this fixed because I have an electric car. I saw nothing but competence and professionalism from the entire staff I interacted with. If you spend 5 minutes talking to the service manager Joe on the phone you'll see what I mean. The local Enterprise Rent-A-Car even allows you to leave your rental car here and not have to return it to the rental car lot upon the completion of your car repairs. My car was repaired perfectly, good as new, they even clean the car, charged my EV battery, and even organized all the stuff in the backseat and trunk that had been thrown all over in the accident. They did all the communication with the other driver's insurance company and I didn't pay a cent.”
“Went in and hot some air fresheners. And to see why my service why the ESC was dinging in my van. The scanner apparently doesnt work for electric faults and only the check engine light. Does anyone know a shop who does have the tool to run a diagnostic scan that can read off which sensor is faulty. Or if it just needs a hard reset for the auxillary battery i just changed. It completely died before i changed it so maybe it needs a kick; JN je boot to run properly.”
“I spend a lot of time and money maintaining three vehicles and the staff here have always been very nice, helpful, thoughtful, and have helped me find alternate less expensive solutions for certain repairs. They also don't give me crap or look at me like I have three heads when they find out that I'm a girl who works on cars. If they don't have what I need, I can usually either buy it in store and go pick it up at the distribution center or they'll find it for me at another store.”
“Needed a lock pick for the door, echo air control device to help open it up and fought for a bit 35 minutes or so but the job got done and it's was my own fault fault. Yes I feel that way right now.”
