“The bumper on my vehicle was slightly knocked off from a hit and run and Brian was generous enough to take the time to remove the bumper and clip it back on. He did this free of charge when I stopped into the shop and it took about 15 minutes. I am so grateful because another quote I got would have been at least $1,000 to fix the bumper, but the damage didn't seem significant enough for it to be completely replaced. I highly recommend this repair shop!”

“I love this place! More and more rare to find such awesome customer service. After my front license plate and bracket had been stolen, the new bracket came with rivets I couldn’t install on my own. After a dealership told me I could wait in line behind everyone else and it may take hours, I checked to see what was nearby, crossed my fingers and drove over to the downtown Minneapolis Caliber Collision. They were so busy, I couldn’t even pull into the parking area. When I explained my problem, I was assured that they could help me, and a mechanic immediately went out to my car on the street, using their own screws instead of the cheap plastic rivets. Everyone was so friendly and when I tried to pay, I was told that a good review was all the payment they wanted. I am so impressed with this company!”
“I hired this company because of a recent hail storm that had damaged my suv. No glass but extensive body damage. Their brochure said they could do the work without painting. I didn’t believe that but took a chance. They engaged my insurance company and I was able to get a rental. The results were perfect as advertised with dents completely removed.
