“My 2014 Prius was having problem starting on the engine part. We walked into Luther Brookdale Toyota in search of options between repairing and replacing. Kaleb presented us some used 2022 Prius with decent price and mileage. After the trade-in value came out, we decided to purchase a used 2022 Prius with a lot of safety features that my 2014 model does not have. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the service by Kaleb. The only complain is the several hours of waiting for the whole process to complete.”

“My visit was around lunch time so the store seemed to busier than other time I've shopped here,. With that being said, the registers and shoppers were backed up 5-5 people, at each register (3 registers and staff), so it 5ook awhile to checkout and the item we wanted to buy, wouldn't scan with the registers scanners, so that also caused a bigger back up of people waiting to also checkout. The employee finally just added the item price to another item that would scan correctly and we finally were done shopping. Not a fun experience, but at least the staff was friendly. I just hope we don't need to return the item cuz its not listed on the receipt”
