“My 2014 Prius was having problem starting on the engine part. We walked into Luther Brookdale Toyota in search of options between repairing and replacing. Kaleb presented us some used 2022 Prius with decent price and mileage. After the trade-in value came out, we decided to purchase a used 2022 Prius with a lot of safety features that my 2014 model does not have. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the service by Kaleb. The only complain is the several hours of waiting for the whole process to complete.”

“New service August 2026: Regular service was done on my car. It was done well. Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially since I have never seen the service area so busy.
Everyone was courtesy. Since I had been there before, they knew that my front brakes had a low percentage, so they told me upfront that they may need to be replaced.
