“The staff knew what they were doing. The process is a little long to rent a vehicle, but got through it.And then tried to change the day, and I was able to do it without getting charged a ridiculous amounts. So if you need to rent a car and to go see a different state, this is the place”

My car was ready over a week earlier than they originally expected, and they went above and beyond with the product. While it’s never fun to get rear ended and have to bring your car in for repair, Gerber made it the best possible experience.”

“The gentleman who prechecked my vehicle found way more issues than I would of seen so I wouldn't be held responsible for a couple dents and scratches. I did catch the cigarette burns on the passenger seat that he missed, but to be fair, the burns just looked like some fuzz on the seat.
When I checked in the vehicle, another gentleman thanked me when I let him know I fixed up the car's setting. For some reason, the interior lights and keyless entry had been disabled. I asked if that was normal and he said it normally isn't disabled.”
“The price (through Costco) was very reasonable. Rental process was easy. Staff was friendly. Vehicle worked great for our needs. This is our third rental from this location in the last three years. I'm glad we found it.”
“My initial experience with a different location started terribly, but these guys saved the day. I will definitely go back to this location only. They were helpful and quick, despite me getting there at what seemed to be a rush.
I also witnessed another staff member who was helping a customer who was frustrated and he was calm, kind and considerate with her.
The staff at this location is the key. They should be training other locations.”
“I just picked up a rental early because AJ was so accommodating. When AJ called to confirm my rental reservation I asked if I could get a rental one day ahead of time. He found me one, got it washed and ensured I knew it was ready to go. He was very friendly and thorough when we picked it up. The location is convenient for west metro. “I had a very good experience with the St. Louis Park Enterprise when I needed a vehicle repair. They actually brought the vehicle to me at the repair shop so I didn’t need to find a way to get over to Enterprise. The person I worked with was super friendly and made the process quick and easy.”

“The original quote we were given was several hundred dollars less than what we actually paid for. we didn’t ask for a luxury 3 row suv, a normal 3 row suv within our original reservation and quote would’ve been appreciated. As nice as the car was, (and it was very nice!), we didn’t appreciate the unexpected change in the budget. However the check in and check out process went well and smoothly. The employees were very friendly and professional too.”

“My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!”

“I am switching out of the membership for employer benefits from another service agency, but my experience with zipcar has been absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic, and agents are extremely flexible and kind about the changes and emergency accommodations customers need to make. I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs. It's really convenient and perfect for those who have occasional need for driving and road trip. Thanks especially to the Zipcar Minneapolis Team for their fantastic support and great heart!”
