This was the best rental experience I have ever had. After my car was stolen, Olivia, the branch manager, helped organize my rental with my insurance company and when I was ready to return, was so communicative, flexible, and genuinely nice. We had an amazing experience at down town Minneapolis location Olivia is a phenomenal help !!!! She was very attentive to what we needed and was very welcoming and energetic !! Definitely coming back !!!
