“Love this store. You can find goodies for your home and food items from all over the world. The only thing is they need to do better quality control of their inventory. Bought a set of curtains once, it was obviously open (either damaged packaging or previously returned), but they refused to discount. Came home to realize the package said 4 panels but there were only 2 in the package. Returned!”

“This is the best TJ Maxx and Homegoods in the Twin Cities! It is always well-stocked with unique pieces, and I have always enjoyed shopping here. The staff is very friendly and customer service focused. Recently, I made a purchase and there was an accidental oversight. I called the store and Anita took care of it right away.”
“Very nice place. My only grow was the comissioned sales staff. As a person seasoned in sales, I saw the quiet battle playing out between competing sales people on a slow weekday afternoon. They all conducted themselves professionally, but I feel I could have been better served of those individuals were trained to assist me, rather than simply being rewarded for meeting sales.
I ultimately got better help from their competitor and voted with my dollars, spending zero of them at Nordstrom on a day where I broke the budget on new clothes.”

“This store is good, but I have to say that the employee Tanner is one of the absolute best customer service employees I have ever met… I only know his name because over the years he has consistently been so genuine and so kind that I walk away impressed with his mannerisms and always check his name tag to thank him by name and today I realized it was him… again! I had scored a great deal on an amazing brand he was genuinely so happy for me it was almost as fun as finding the great deal. He’s always really efficient and professional too. So a huge shout out to him for being such an extra bright ray of sunshine in this world? … and inside TJ Maxx!”

“Super nice cashier on 3/6/25@ 729pm. Ohhh I could spend hours in here shopping with all the cool things they have! We came for the Panda chocolate snack and the puzzles. We were looking for a "1Piece" Puzzle brand, but couldn't find it. The store was super organized. Whatever you want to buy, go here first to see if they have it! Pet beds, stuff for us cell phone, magnets, Strawberry Shortcake, wacky candy, books and coloring books for adults, Bluey! Etc. Enjoy all my photos!

“Used to love it here. I'd always pick this place for my Amazon returns but due to my sensitivity to smells & allergies to perfumes, ever since you've put Sephora in, I can barely breath. I have to race to the Amazon returns with my nose plugged looking like an old fool. But that's a me problem. I will have to chose other drop off locations and I can't even shop after the return and that sux. Otherwise great staff, clean and lobe Kohls!”

“You could find heavily discounted items of popular brands but often the common / popular sizes are out of stock. You can try similar items in store and order the right size / colors you want online, since you can find more on their website.”

“I have been to this Kohls what seems to be a thousand times, mostly for Amazon returns, and despite the fact that I've returned every odd thing imaginable, the employees are professional and courteous and always get me in and out of there quickly - and don't even roll their eyes when they see me coming, lol. I do also purchase things there from time to time. I would say the store is generally adequately stocked, sometimes its a bit hard to find a size, but if you can't find a size you're looking for in the store, you can order it online and it will ship to your home for free. I'm pretty sure that goes for anything you order from inside the store. Also nice to know is that when you return an Amazon item you get a 20% off coupon to use for up to a week on in store purchases, which is kinda nice if you have last minute wander lust like me!”

“I just love JCpenney's. I have been very surprised to discover that the cheapest place where I could get tea tree shampoo for my son was at JCPenney's. And just the other day I needed to purchase a new black dress vest for my son for a school choir concert. And I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that I was able to just purchase this test online and then pick it up at the JCPenney store less than an hour later. And their website even offered carside pickup, so play children and I didn't even have to get out of the car to be able to get a dressy vest for my youngest son within an hour. Very cool. Keep up the good work JCpenney's! ; )”
“Great emergency service from this location. Initial issue was a blown tire with a later complication of a damaged rim. Prompt service, great communication and a manager that went the extra mile to explain all the issues and find us a new rim. He kept us in the loop as to when our car would be ready and advised the car would stay parked in the shop overnight. Other employees were cheerful and helpful.”

“I LOVE shopping at home goods. Best deals on really soft, cozy blankets, delicious candles, home organization tools, and holiday decor! New variety every time you shop. But the store is always busy, and they have a hard time keeping up with organization and product turnover, so it's sometimes hard to find things and maneuver around the store.”
“This post is to acknowledge the Starbucks employees. They were short staffed, only one person taking orders and making drinks…. There were a ton of orders waiting… I watched the other employee who was taking a break get up and I overheard them say they can’t just sit and watch this… (been there done that) no need to get anyone in trouble for not completing their break but really to show how awesome that was. That employee could have continued to take their break but instead got up to help. Kudos to them and target needs to acknowledge that”

The other store was not well organized and didn’t have such a great assortment of items. That other store is located in a city that is more known for all its shopping stores.”
