“I was looking for public storage for the first time, had no I know experience of a public storage and didn't know what to expect. I came across store 8124 in Brooklyn Park and I decided to call that number, oh my God if I tell you the customer service was amazing, it was.
The phone conversation was appealing and impressive, I spoke with Jenny and she was very nice, she give me all the information I needed and even make time to show me storage space. I came today in person at the store 8124, and met Katie, her smile was welcoming and such a gentle voice. Then came Jenny who took me around and give me even more information. Both of them were amazing. excellent customer service, they told me all I needed to know and what to expect. I was also able to lock in a special promotion deal, I'm excited.

I had also lost the keys to my storage unit, and Theresa went above and beyond by helping me get the lock cut so I could access my belongings.

“I am grateful to have used US Storage Centers these past few years. Through homeless and many other of life's challenges, their convenient location and easy to access facilities were truly a blessing to me. I have never abused the facilities nor missed my rental payments no matter the circumstances and did my best to respect the property and honor other renters. The current manager recently helped me so much that words could never describe. She was an angel to me seeing me struggle trying to do the right thing. She even looked at all of my things and gave me precious advice on what size and type of unit to choose. I worked hard to clean my old unit out and even donate to charity. The manager is a sweet lady who really cares about her building and she cares about helping people. I last saw her on September 29, 2026. I can't I remember her name, but she is a short little white lady with long blonde hair. She is firm, but she is good! And I thank her for all of her help towards me. May God bless her richly! “They have two garage stalls to drive into to load/unload your things. They should post signs asking people to move their vehicles to an outside parking spot after they finish loading/unloading. People move their stuff from their vehicles/trailers, and leave their vehicles inside the garage while they take hour to organize their things, blocking anyone else access to the garage space.”
