It has always been incredibly clear that they care about their customers—they have tried to help us in every way possible, including once even driving us home themselves when we left our car in the shop after it unexpectedly broke down so my mother didn’t have to walk (we live very close to the shop).All that, plus their prices are AMAZING for the work they do! They always give us the lowest price they can. I honestly feel bad about it sometimes because they really do a great job. If I had more money, I would absolutely tip them 50% because they deserve it!If I ever leave Brooklyn Park, I can see myself coming back to this shop for car maintenance anyway. Him and his team were able to get the part fixed quickly, explained what was going on in simple terms, and helped me try to fight ford on honoring a warranty on the part (since it was the same part that was replaced less than 2 years earlier). They’ve definitely won me over as a customer and I plan on coming back to them for any car problems or maintenance in the future!”

The Tech Eric did great with my vehicle and his video was very clear to point out the areas that needed further work. I'm very disappointed in the Service Department's rep Bill for his lack of communication. I've never had any issue at any of the Luther's I've used with contacting me for any repairs noted by the Tech. This was the very first time I've ever had a dealership fail to attempt to sell needed repairs and frustrating after having my vehicle there for 2 weeks to need to return it for additional repairs I wasn't contacted about. It was clearly in the vehicle inspection report but the need to reschedule this when it could have been handled way in advance when the vehicle was already disassembled. Jason and Steve were very helpful in getting this resolved.”

“This shop is straight up honest. Unfortunately like most auto shops that are honest and do the best work, they charge accordingly. Quality and honesty is a privilege for service and shouldn't ever be expected to be traded for cheap. Cheaper shops may misdiagnose and provide cheap parts and labor that has you back in often (ive been there). So if you only want to get your repairs one and done for a long time, I believe this is the shop to come to.”
