The team was able to diagnose the service engine light on my CR-V and repair a timing issue the local Honda stealership has failed to successfully diagnose or repair multiple times. The team at TGK completed the repairs and oil change efficiently within a reasonable amount of time at a competitive rate. The quality of work seems great. “Grea service. Purchased a set of all season tires a few months ago. Had the unfortunate event of getting a screw in tire, and later one of them a valve leak. I dropped in with no appointment and this issue was fixed in less time that theye estimated, and I was in the road with confidence after this. “The leadership and staff at this location are incredible at what they do! I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. “I just blew out a tire in a double pothole on Marshall St NE, over by The Sample Room. Turned the corner and headed straight to tires and more. They were closing in less than an hour. Pulled right in and haf a new tire on in about 20 minutes. Very friendly. Great service. I'll be going back.”
