It’s 6:22pm and Discount Tire is closed but we didn’t know that and drove over to find them closing up shop. The team was able to diagnose the service engine light on my CR-V and repair a timing issue the local Honda stealership has failed to successfully diagnose or repair multiple times. The team at TGK completed the repairs and oil change efficiently within a reasonable amount of time at a competitive rate. The quality of work seems great. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.”
“I hadn’t been to ASI for quite some time. I was having some issues with misfiring and my van not starting. I put a new battery in this summer. When I started having starting issues, I even had the battery checked at the place I had purchased it and they said it was fine after Jay and his crew went through my van they came to the conclusion that my battery was bad, they put in a new battery and a spark, plug and coil and his crew were fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to this place and I will definitely go back. Thank you ASI. Scot, my van has not run better”
“Careful for upsell tactics, constant wiper blades selling (even after you’ve notified them they are new) and suggesting new tires after only 1/3 of the life span has been used. Something must’ve changed at corporate and the experience in store is not what it once was.”
“Had a slow leak in a tire. It was easy to make an appointment at the Plymouth Discount Tire. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They removed a screw and patched the tire very quickly, and they did it for free! I didn't know that places with amazing service like that still exist, but I'll now be a lifelong tire customer of this store.”
“I just blew out a tire in a double pothole on Marshall St NE, over by The Sample Room. Turned the corner and headed straight to tires and more. They were closing in less than an hour. Pulled right in and haf a new tire on in about 20 minutes. Very friendly. Great service. I'll be going back.”
