“I wish they would expand this target to a super target. The area surely constitutes an expansion. Or building one in the Rockford/Delano area would also be a huge improvement.”

“We have consistently been impressed with Super Target stores and their exceptional customer service. Although we do not frequent the Monticello location often, our preferred Target store is in Otsego/Elk River due to its convenient location. A notable feature of this store is its cafe and dining area, which boasts ample natural light from the outside windows. However, I was informed by a Target manager that this amenity may be removed during the store's future renovation. We hope this is not the case. We are aware that Monticello/St.Michael residents regularly shop at this store and appreciate its optical department. It is reassuring to know that another outstanding Target store exists in our region. We intend to visit this location more frequently when shopping in Monticello. We do love that they sell our favorite Krispy Kreme donuts and Pizza Hut. It seems many Target stores in MN are now doing this.”

“Govna was AMAZING! She had an enormous amount of patience and helped with getting a friends transfer pin from Boost! Yes, her name is GOVNA, however, trying to get a transfer pin from Boost is like trying to ACTUALLY meet the GOVERNOR! Needless to say, her customer service was wonderful!”

“Kelvin Obiri was fantastic help, a knowledgeable salesman, professional, and friendly. We needed some help troubleshooting some problems switching over from T-Mobile and he was happy to help us. Great hospitality despite the process of dealing with the phone industries tactics to keep you at the current company you are with, Kelvin was able to complete our transition and give us a great deal.
