“We have consistently been impressed with Super Target stores and their exceptional customer service. Although we do not frequent the Monticello location often, our preferred Target store is in Otsego/Elk River due to its convenient location. A notable feature of this store is its cafe and dining area, which boasts ample natural light from the outside windows. However, I was informed by a Target manager that this amenity may be removed during the store's future renovation. We hope this is not the case. We are aware that Monticello/St.Michael residents regularly shop at this store and appreciate its optical department. It is reassuring to know that another outstanding Target store exists in our region. We intend to visit this location more frequently when shopping in Monticello. We do love that they sell our favorite Krispy Kreme donuts and Pizza Hut. It seems many Target stores in MN are now doing this.”

“Love this location! Usually less busy than other Target stores nearby and order pickup is ready faster too. I have always experienced good customer service while shopping in store here also.”
“Destin was very helpful and fast. I felt bad for the guy he was alone and there was a line full of people but he didn't show any distress and was professional and friendly. Thanks for great service Destin!”

“Amazing staff! Very helpful with setting up my new phone. Made sure I had everyone i needed, and went above and beyond! She even cleaned my watch and paired it to my new phone for me and helped me navigate the new device.”
“We had an amazing experience getting help with our phones last week. Jasmine at the T- Mobile in Elk River went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us.”
“I want to give a big shout out to the manager and her staff! These people are always friendly and work so hard. With the old elk River pharmacy shutting down, road construction and dealing with losing staff.. They still go above and beyond! Working long hours while helping people who may be cranky from life. I can't thank you all enough!! 5 Stars I appreciate each and everyone of you! Joe and Tiffany deserve a big bump in pay.”
“Josh was more than helpful and even dug deep to find a discount I didn’t even know I was eligible for. 10/10 experience and only $13 more a month for TWO brand new phones.”
“After having a bad experience at the buffalo Walgreens a few too many times, I decided to go here. Staff were extremely kind, patient, willing to explain things. If you need a Walgreens to go to in the area, make sure you stop at this location.”
