“Went in with troubles on my two phones that I use for Live streaming. The Manager and one of the Mobile experts helped me adjust settings and cleared out some things, said they didn't want me to have to buy brand new phones if this will work. “Today, my phone decided to stop working I had no other choice but to go to Verizon that is by Walmart in Buffalo. When I walked in, I was greeted by these two very nice gentlemen. The one who helped me was Ethan and I was very, very happy with my experience there I felt welcomed and there was also a new person there, but he did an amazing job as well. I highly recommend the store to anybody. What an amazing experience to go through after dealing with this phone problem for the past two days they were able to help me fix it and I just wanted to say thank you”
