“Braden and Jake were incredibly helpful with above and beyond customer service. My car battery died and I came in to replace it. Expecting to do it myself Braden took care of everything, taught me some things I didn't know about batteries, and helped troubshoot a terrible corrosion problem. Then Jake came in to help finish the job. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help.”
“Both stores I went to only had 1 of what I needed (I needed 3 total). Guess I'll have to go back another day. lol Was easy to find. One had one price on the shelf but rang up at a higher price. Staff charged price on shelf. All in all, O'Reilly is the parts store I mainly go to for my parts.”

The testing includes long term, in-use testing so the batteries are never rushed into use. Their website is one of the easiest to use to find the correct battery and their customer service is very helpful.”
