Never an issue and if there was one, R&D was accommodating with immediate solutions. The website is saved to my favorites and I, like the rest of the folks in our company, use it daily for sourcing of all Medical Batteries. Having a bit of an issue with navigating the new website. “We had brought our son’s car home from college to have a $300 repair done. The night before my husband was to take the car back to him, I noticed the right headlight was out. It’s always something! My husband works nights as a truck driver so I went myself to OReillys in Rosemount MN to buy the headlight hoping I could figure out how to do it and save my husband some time and trouble. Lucas, at OReillys, offered to change it out for me and he did it so much quicker then I could have. Thank you Lucas! Our Rosemount OReillys should hang onto you! You’re the best!”
“For the last 2 days, my car didn't start. The husband backed out my car, when he took out the garbage bins to the street, I dont know if he left something on. We charged it and drove it again. Day 2 is the same issue. My Lincoln is my favorite car. We jumped it and drove to Interstate battery right when they opened on Sunday. Worker tested it, and it was at 45% power. So we needed a new battery from 2019. I assume I got my old one here, or Interstate has a great warranty. We got 45% off a new battery. Chose the 6 year one and was installed in about 5 minutes. The cost was $115 plus tax. Great service.”
“I went with my Dad a few months ago to get used battery to replace the one in his Jeep that I've been driving. We had some issues with the battery, but the shop provides a warranty for a free replacement within our time frame. They let you either take the replacement battery home so you can switch it out and bring back the old one, or they offer to do it for you at the shop for a reasonable $25 fee.Initially, I asked for them to install it since I wasn't sure if the truck would start the next morning for Thanksgiving, and I'm not too proficient with auto maintenance, but I came to find that I forgot my wallet at home. I told them I'm going to have to just take it with me and hope for the best, but the manager decided to do the installation for free when I told him. He probably saved my Thanksgiving, and I hope that only good things come the way of him and his business.”

“Knowledgeable employees who get you what you need. Manager works the counter and doesnt hide behind a desk in an office. Store is clean. If they don't have it at their store they will get it asap. I have an O'Reilly in my city but I drive to Burnsville to get my parts. Its just a better store all around.”

“Our vehicle’s battery died at home, however we were able to jump start it. Went online to see where we could get a new battery installed and found this place. I was able to order the new battery online and set up an appointment time for it to be installed. They had several times slots available which made it easy to choose one that worked for our schedule. When we got to the store there was no waiting, they came out right away with the new battery and installed it very quickly. For the unfortunate situation, it was a great experience overall.”
