“Bruce and his team are outstanding! I won't buy a battery anywhere else!
I recently had an issue with my car, actually it was an ongoing problem with the computer that persisted for almost four years. Every year, under warranty, they replaced my battery without any questions. My most recent visit, I was in the middle of deeply investigating the problem. Bruce was very helpful, communicating with my service technician and getting to the bottom of the issue.

“I stopped by on Sunday because the back driver's side tire on my car was losing air, and I wasn't sure what had caused it. I went inside and explained the situation to the staff.
Gabe immediately stepped up and offered to take a look at my tire. He quickly found that a nail had punctured it and explained a few different options for repairing it. He then generously offered to help.
We drove over to the Holiday Gas Station, where Gabe walked me through every step of the repair process. He sealed the puncture, checked to make sure the tire was holding air pressure, and ensured it was safe for me to drive.
I can't thank Gabe enough for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help a complete stranger. Because of his help, I was able to safely make it back to the Twin Cities without worrying about my tire.
Thank you to all of the staff for your outstanding customer service, and a special thank you to Gabe for taking the time to help me when I really needed it. Your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did.

“Both stores I went to only had 1 of what I needed (I needed 3 total). Guess I'll have to go back another day. lol Was easy to find. One had one price on the shelf but rang up at a higher price. Staff charged price on shelf. All in all, O'Reilly is the parts store I mainly go to for my parts.”
“When I need replacement batteries, I get them from R & D Battery. R & D Battery fully test their offerings before they will sell them. The testing includes long term, in-use testing so the batteries are never rushed into use. Their website is one of the easiest to use to find the correct battery and their customer service is very helpful.”
