“Some merchandise changes or disappeares often, but customer service is Top Notch 99% of the time. Parking lot & gas station are a challenge at busy times. My complaints are always with other shoppers, but that's everywhere now. For warehouse shopping, Costco is excellent.”

“I just remembered that I never got around to posting a review. About a year ago (early November 2023), I had rented a uhaul cargo van from here for my move from Burnsville to Minneapolis. It was very easy to set up, and picking up and dropping off in person was very quick and simple. I never got the name of the gentleman who was working there, but he was very polite and helpful and made sure that I could handle the van before I drove off. (I really appreciated that 'cause I usually don't drive vehicles larger than a sedan and could use all the tips i could get.) He also let me keep my sedan in the lot overnight while I used the van.
The van itself was perfect and had the moving blankets and dolly I needed to move my larger pieces of furniture.
Overall, I had a great experience, and I had no complaints (and the cute dog made it even better! Such a sweet dog).”
“Got a flat tire on I-35W north on my way to work this morning. Stopped here and put air in my tire. I could hear the leaking so I went and spoke to the mechanic on duty and he jumped into action. Sorry I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome. I was back on the road in 20 minutes for a $25 charge. Great service so I gave him a tip and told him I was buying lunch. Thanks all!”

“Continually amazing deals and pricing on bulk items, furniture, tools pet supplies snd home items. Delicious ready prepared meals like Ravioli Lasagna, Taco meal plates, pastry and the best $5 roasted chickens. Let's not forget appliances and electronics. My only gripe is the parking lot which has no row numbers or letters. The lot is like a pie divided into multiple angle slots and easy to lose the car if you don't get your bearings after you park. Please add row ID!”
“I knowI Speedway very well known but I think the one in Burnsville at the county road 11 exit and 134th is a hidden gem. Their gas prices are always so much lower than all the others. I paid $2.87 a gallon today.”
“Believing that this place shouldn't be burned to the ground is one thing but if you really are giving this place a good review something ain't right. The managers that are always out of sight are supposedly not available and doing inventory 100 % of the time and cannot be bothered and even if they could, believing that your comment or concern will make a difference is like believing the police really have integrity and respect like it says on their vehicles. If you go there, expect North Minneapolis like service. I am even surprised Corporate knowing and willingly hired this new one, incredibly lowering my expectations further. Do not go there at night unless you sell drugs or need to put gas in your stolen car.”

“Solid Gas station, does it’s job and pleasant employees. Has a Wells Fargo atm. The hours can be deceiving as it says 24 hours, but that’s just for the self serving pumps. The actual gas station itself closes at 10pm.”
“Honestly I’m terrified of gas station bathrooms because the employees don’t give two number two’s half the time. However, this bathroom was well kept and even smelt nice. Walking inside the gas station was good as well because it smelt like gramma Sally’s nice cookin. I’d just say include one of those flick on switch for service things.”
“This couldn't have been easier! I purchased the tires and set up the installation appointment online. Dropped off the car and waited in the snack area. After an hour and a half I called to check if the car was done, and it was so picked it up. I do advise anyone waiting for their car at the store to check periodically. I assumed someone would let me know when it was done and that did not happen even though I told them I would be waiting at the snack bar.”

“I buy Nicorette gum here frequently. I also buy it at Cub occasionally. I am 63 but am still always carded at Cub. But that isn't consistent at this Holiday store. Some associates do and some couldn't care less. Even when I OFFER my license I've been told it isn't necessary. And one told me the transaction can't continue until the bar code on my license is scanned. The Manager needs to tell everyone that that this is a requirement or determine who isn't following the policy and then follow-up with a correction notice.”

“A couple weeks ago I stopped by like I do nearly daily but we parked in the back. An older gentleman was attempting to fill his tires with air. A worker saw he was having trouble kneeling down to do so and spent the entire time we were there helping him put air in, check the pressure etc. absolutely not something he had to do as it’s a self service air pump but this man who was clearly on break did so without question. Wish I knew his name to give even more props!”

“Good fuel quality. Location is easy to reach. On Google Map it says water and air are available (to fill tires and add radiator water). When we arrived at the location, there was no compressor to inflate the car's tires.”
