“My typical hardware store of choice and every single time without fail, the staff is amazing and willing to take the time to ensure I am getting exactly what I need to make a repair or project run smoothly so I don't need to make another trip out here to pick something else up.”
“Had a manufacturers error with a piece of a bunk bed. I walked in and Rich helped me and was the absolute best he saved me 300+ in shipping costs and a whole lot of time. Rich should get a raise!”
“We met with Miranda to pick out plumbing fixtures for a new build and we could not be happier. Her knowledge of the industry is excellent and she took the time to show us many options in different price points without overwhelming us. I would highly recommend Miranda! Having an appointment is also super helpful.”
“Bought a Stihl chainsaw this past Saturday and had probably the best sales experience in years. Osman and Rail (sorry for the spelling) were super friendly, knowledgeable and made it an absolute pleasure. This is SO rare these days. Great job gentlemen!”
“I went to look for good 2x4's and I had an employee stop out of the blue and started helping me. He even went as far as put back a couple I grabbed and found better ones. He was very helpful and I appreciated it.”
