“For the most part, the rooms are quite nice and clean. However, I'm not sure how recently the HVAC has been cleaned - my allergies flared up like crazy throughout the night in the room, and I hadn't dealt with this issue in a long time. Looking at a few other reviews, I've seen this as a complaint before. This hotel has a solid location in Bloomington. Complementary parking was a huge plus on the positive. However, the parking lot was slippery even though it hadn't snowed recently - I'd recommend they become more conscientious of this by using grit and/or ice melt more frequently throughout the parking lot to prevent customers from slipping during the winter months. Staff was decent - answered most of my questions as needed and were friendly. This was the first time I'd stayed at this location while in Bloomington, as I've stayed at two other locations here. I'd rank this hotel in the middle of the pack of the three I've stayed at. I'd say 4-stars is appropriate for this location.”

The service is comfortable, striking a good balance between attentiveness and giving you space to enjoy your meal. “This was a great place to stay for a mid-week getaway for Spring Break. It is nice that it had separate sleep quarters from eating area. I enjoyed the pool and spa area. The bonus was the delicious breakfast which was included with the stay. On certain weeknights they also included dinner. I would definitely recommend.”

“Everyone at metroConnections has been professional, thorough, and efficient. Two years ago, our group enjoyed several outstanding tours put together by Renee Splittgerber and Linda Johnson. Tour guide Doug Kline impressed everyone with his knowledge of the area and its history, as well as his ability to present the info in an interesting way. When our group decided to return to the Twin Cities for this year's reunion, we didn't hesitate to contact Renee and Linda. We asked for Doug to guide our tours and were thrilled that he was available, along with our Gray Line driver from two years ago, Stuart Ring, who was also available for one of the tours. Well ahead of both reunions, Renee provided excellent descriptions of each tour, including photos and prices, for prospective attendees. Linda kept us informed about deadlines and numbers of people who were registering. All the tours were outstanding. All motor coaches were clean and comfortable. All drivers, escorts, and guides were friendly and helpful. Our group especially enjoyed Doug. We highly recommend metroConnections!”

“We visited with a large group (14 people) last night and rented their larger room for 2 hours at $50/hr. Lots of karaoke song options with good service for food and drinks. Note they don't have hard liquor, only beer and wine (and soda and non alcoholic drinks). The karaoke equipment had a learning curve because it isn't all in English but you figure it out and then it worked pretty well.We had the wings and shrimp tempura and both were good. There are a lot of other menu options like fried rice dishes, noodles, etc.”

“Wonderful hotel with GREAT front desk employees! Every one of them were helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The shuttle drivers were kind and helpful, also. This hotel stay made my trip to Texas even better, as I could leave my car, have a really good complimentary breakfast, and be shuttled to and from the airport. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in "The Cities".”

“Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I am impressed by the staff. This last visit, they went above and beyond to give my husband and I a memorable anniversary stay. We received a surprise room upgrade and other personal, thoughtful touches. (Thank you, Katherine!) We stayed over the weekend, so the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the Sheraton Club lounge with the fancy coffee maker and sparkling water,and all of the comfortable furniture in our suite. We booked the dining package and dined at Lela restaurant both nights. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and attended to by the staff. The food was delicious, too. This is a hotel we return to again and again, because we are always made to feel special. Thank you.Rooms: The beds and chaise lounges are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Lela restaurant has excellent food and drink and the best service. The Sheraton Club has a nice coffee maker and well-stocked beverage cooler.”

“Our international flight was delayed by a day so ended up needing to find a hotel. What an unexpected surprise. The rooms are so clean and spacious! We ended up with a runway view room and I was worried about noise but it wasn't very loud at all. I slept like a baby!It was very cold and we didn't pack for winter so we decided to just eat in the hotel. The food was great and so was the service.The airport shuttle was really nice and was quick. I would definitely make a plan to stay here again on purpose.”

“What an all-around great experience at this Candlewood Suites property. I typically do not go out of my way to give reviews, aside from the post-stay email asking for my rating, however this property deserves it. From the moment my party and I walked in, we got a pleasant welcome from their front desk clerk (Mar 13 afternoon shift). We booked into a 2 double, 2 room suite and it was perfect for all of us. You could tell the hotel recently did a thorough renovation, leaving no stone unturned. Very comfortable beds, great temperature control system, ample parking, and a nice pool area. For those travelling to the Twin Cities to shop at Mall of America, Twin Cities Outlets, or catching a game in either city, the location of this hotel is unparalleled, being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the cities proper but less than a 20 minute drive from both. This property has definitely become both my new go-to in the Twin Cities, and one I have already recommended to family and friends.Rooms: Newly renovated rooms, being near elevator is still quiet.Nearby activities: Target & Walgreens within a minutes' drive.Safety: Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with some stores in the near vicinity.”

“Four Points by Sheraton Hotel I must say it's a very well managed place to spend your time, to have some days to yourself or traveling. Customer service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, organized and it feels at home. Comfortable cozy. It has a social room that's comfortable to sit and watch TV of your choice and lounge if you feel like getting out of your room .The rooms have a great selection on TV to watch, shampoo and conditioner and body wash in case you forget Yours, great showers. Good combinations are superb. Breakfast in the morning, and if you have the munchies or need a snack or thirsty... by the front desk, pick and choose and pay at the desk.There is even a workout room with treadmills, ellipticals, cycles and weights along with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. What can get better than that? It is affordable and the location is fantastic!! I was extremely happy and will be back again.”

“I do not write reviews very often, however I did need to write this one. At check in, our front desk attendant was not very friendly. Which was disappointing to say the least. After checking in, we make it to our room and the room had this extremely musty/mildew smell, to which we mentioned and ended up getting a room change. Our second room was fine, until we had to use the bathroom. The toilet was clogged and I, myself, tried to plunge it, because that's not a huge deal to me. However, it wouldn't unclog after trying to plunge it. So we asked our front desk attendant for another room and when they proceeded to give us another room, they rolled their eyes. Guests roamed the halls the entire night. Someone stole my vape, and after checking out the next morning and going back home, I noticed that I left my AirPod Pros at the hotel inside of the room. I called the housekeeping manager the very same day and she told me she would have a look and call me back. She never called me back.overall, this was by far one of the worst experiences at a hotel, that I've stayed with. Definitely will not being staying here again.If you want a budget friendly hotel, keep looking. Unless you're ok with running the possibility of your belongings coming up missing and the hospitality towards you, at the bare minimum.Rooms: Since the hotel is pet friendly, the chairs were a bit run down.
